I get enough from coffee throughout the day. I don't need a ton for my workouts. If I know I'm using a stim pre that day, I adjust my coffee accordingly.

Full scoop of Gameday for example is 400mg caffeine (same as 2 scoops Condense). Those would be my no-coffee days.
