Side lateral raises(dumbbell)
2 x 8 @ 35lb (each set followed by a drop set of 12 reps @ 15lb)
Bent over lateral raises
2 x 8 @ 30lb (each set followed by a drop set of 12 @ 15lb)
For the most part I rest 2 min between sets and heavy pressing and only 1 min between sets on the raises
I had no weight change on the presses but had more control/better form. Got an insane pump from doing drop sets. Was actually uncomfortable. Was like a high rep squat day in my delt kinda feeling
I'm sure that makes no sense

On another note, a guy I work w approached me and asked how "the juice" is working. I laughed. He replied w "seriously bro text me a list of everything u r on". He is a crossfire guy. Does crossfire constitute "lifting heavy". He thinks it does
So I feel he will be in disbelief when I tell him
MASS 550 by FINAFLEX and enough protein powder to make one crap dust!
He is a stim guy so I'll give him a sample o the STIMUL8 and try to spread the good word
