Haha ya I always go back to 5/3/1. Something satisfying about rep prs every workout basically. I do my deloads similar to you. High rep stuff but I always push it with high reps so it's not a true deload. This week will be low reps, maintenance work

I gave him program 3 a little while back. I put Reactive Pump into a word doc to make it easier to read and sent him that along with Demolition

Haha I just reduced the volume I guess. I haven't had a true deload in awhile and I don't really know how to not push it

Sweating a lot at a little over a scoop. Weird feeling post workout, not a good feeling
Stimul8 makes me sweat and get fired up at 1/2 scoop. Take 1 scoop on some heavy days and I am dripping sweat almost uncomfortably.
Interesting...I actually share some commonalities with you both..
Fitmax, had my sweat on, but after my workout felt a sense of nausea and weakness
Stimul8 at 3/4-1 scoop has me sweating bullets...
I think that's what she's feeling with Fitmax too. Interesting. The stimul8 one stood out to me the most. Just gotta figure out what she likes and responds to
