For the sneakerheads peep my shoe game 8)

I was going to get the ones you have in your dead vid, but it was a few dollars more than the out of stock Adidas ones that I really wanted. :cheap Asian problems:

Great job, Tyga! Now I know how you got those wheels... :drive:

thanks ed!

*side note- I've been on alphadex for about 10 days. And, I'm breaking out all over my face! This is not a joke people (Kevin hart voice). Shoulders are a tad crunchy/creaky as well.

Let you guys know how the stack progresses. Also today is an off day, lumbar/and my posterior chain as a whole is stupid tender today

Nice work Tyga!! I haven't had any sides from the ALPHADEX, been treating me really good.

Today was lower body

No vids because I don't think any of the exercises are worth it lol

Leg press (total lbs on sled)

Stiff legged deads
115x15
Leg press calf press (total lbs on sled)

Reverse grip curl

Preacher curl (plate loaded)

The weight is not getting any harder lol the progressive weight load is easy. The MAGNITROPIN has definitely kicked. So far this stack of MAGNITROPIN, ALPHADEX and NITRAMINE is a terrific natural stack. The next few weeks should only get better! Weight is at 146lb evening weight. Calories are still at 2450ish, might increase this in three weeks..

Do you still bench in a power style to protect your shoulders? Why people sacrifice their shoulders to bench "like a bodybuilder" is beyond me, but a surprising number of people seem to either not care or not understand how their shoulders work at all.

PS can we please talk all sped up in Springfield?? The voices were cracking me up. And nice work on everything too; killin' it!

i bench like that because a) it's a whole body movement, not a "chest exercise" and b) the movement (J) uses the entire pec (minor to major) and c) yes it saves my shoulders.

Mos def bro lol

I'm actually not going to be in the Lou until October 7th, 8th and 9th. I doubt you're going to want to train then huh?

So we're literally gonna be in STL together during the week and then in Springfield over the weekend - pimpin' :)

I honestly can't. I can do like 3x8 at 30% for the big 3 that wk a couple times, and bench up to 70% for a few practice singles wednesday lol. It's 5 days of basically doing nothing other than tracing some motor patterns one last time and staying limber.

Well you can spot me! Lol while gettin in your light work :D
We can eat tho!
This we can do.

Training has been on point. Ate two s'mores poptarts an 1.5hr pre workout :) probably one of the better workouts I've had in a while. Weights fluctuating between 144-146, so for now I'll keep my calories where they are at and maybe bump em when my strength stops climbing with the program.

Thoracic spine smash with two lacross balls taped while hugging a 25lb bumper plate. Also, lacross ball to the trap. Next, I laid on the floor and held a db while locking my arm horizontally to the floor to drive my shoulder back against the floor and it's the socket (since I'm considered "turtle shelled" or winged scapula). After doing both arms I finished my pre hab work with band pull aparts (both supinated and pronated) while focusing on scapula retraction.

Wednesday - off day, well more of an "active recovery"

Looking for a MFR/ART business around here, get some tissue work done. Maybe some Graston technique if they know/do it. For sure getting a deep tissue end of this week or beginning of next.

Title isn't fitting anymore lol

I'm switching over to RTS (reactive training system) because I've been talked into a powerlifting competition. The guy who holds the national records in my weight class is the owner of the gym I go to lol

401.5/302.5/451 @148lb squat bench dead

So this will get interesting. The Myokemist products are beginning to kick and under the tutelage of Mike kerchner I should get relatively close. The deadlift I'm going to break period.

So keep your eyes peeled on this log gents (and ladies)

*im still going to do bodybuilding as well (multi sport man)

Haha hard to stay away from the heavy stuff too long, isn't it??

What are your (semi-current) best 1RM in the gym on s/b/d?

Also check out Brian Schwab - dude held the world 148 record for multiply for 8 consecutive years, before moving on to 165 and holding that for years as well.

He did a raw comp too to prove his strength w/out gear and hit 501, 325, and like 600 I believe. He just published his Minimalist Method (aka M2) that actually looks really sweet and simple.

*plot twist*
lol

it is hard. When I did compete is was just a push pull. Dead 425, bench 215 :(

Right now if I guessed, my maxs would be ball park
S-315
B-240
D-425

The guy I train with now, holds the national and Missouri records for the 165 class. Steve (Italian last name, can't spell it or say it lol) dudes a BEAST. He's going for the 181 class now

ya, I'm strictly raw :) I really like the way RTS works off of CNS and the volume/frequency of training. Super flexible program that allows my accessory days to be more geared towards myo-reps and hypertrophy work so I can still resemble a bodybuilder lol

Make sure you're on cycle or very far away from last pct if not when you compete.

Especially if you're on, you're looking at bustin' the 1k barrier. And not a gym total, a meet total - back to back to back.

What federation is this meet gonna be? Btw Schwab's M2 is for both raw and geared lifters.

ADFPF. They test, so I'm goin natty :)

The guy who hold the records for my class (gym owner) his total was 1155 O_o

Wish I woulda started sooner, would have done the one in Springfield with you lol

I've got NO loyalty to the BCAA game, so I'm looking at a few, what're you all using? My top three right now are;

Omega sports- strive
Dymatize - M.P.S.
Controlled Labs- pyschko

My start some intra carbs as well.. I'm not sold on them, since I eat prior to lifting (hr or so before)

I get a good discount through my coach with AI so I just use their bcaa. I use intra carbs. Seems to make a difference.

I have almost always used bulk flavorless due to the economical aspect. I've enjoyed Formutech Endurance in the past, and keep hearing good things about BCAA+SAA Fruit Punch. That'll be next on my taste test.

This may be a dumb Q, but how can you be sure that the people you're competing against haven't used? Other than the current test, of course.

I am a fan of the higher leucine ratio mixes, like AminoIV
Invalid Link Removed

USP Labs BCAA+ is good stuff too

Ive been using Amino IV for quite awhile now. Seems to mix better then most and the flavors are solid. Other then that, Modern BCAA+ is good if you can find it for the right price, or just some bulk bcaas always work

10g PeptoPro, 15g EAA from Amino IV and 45-55g HBCD and you'll recover like never before. I eatvabout 50g CHO 90 mins pre, that intra, and 100+ post. Love it

Nothing wrong with a little change in the action. Always good to have some kind of goal to shoot for.
Looking forward to following along in your journey!!

i use to use intra carbs maybe a year ago, didn't notice a big enough impact on recovery or endurance. Recover pro is a good buy for the price

ive been eyeing Bcaa + SAA, SAA have me on the fence. I don't know if you were part of the discussion on SAA between snags and coop and de_eb I believe.

I knew amino IV would get lots of love, I used three tubs, taste is good.

almost bought the kilo of bcaas from nutra lolol

casienates are good, I'm a firm believe in pepto intra (that's why I'm looking at strive)obviously Bcaa/EAA blend (or high luecine/hica) is ideal intra the carbs I'm not sold on. I understand the endurance aspect, recovery not so much..I have about 70-90g CHO pre, none peri and about 150g split post.

Thanks! Stay subd because it's going to get interesting! I'll obviously post videos, so you guys can see I'm not just poppin off at the mouth claiming "x" amount weight moved without depth, pause or no hitching.

I haven't. When was that?

Side note

*ill be adding in an additional 1g of Betaine anhydrous in the am, to put me around the clinical dose. Get 2g from NITRAMINE alone, the supplemental will come from SNS bulk Betaine anhydrous.

So, from now until February I'm looking at:

Myokem Magnitropin 6 caps (3 caps 2x a day)
Myokem alphadex 2 caps ( 1 cap 2x a day)
Myokem Nitramine 1.5 scoop on workout days
SNS bulk Betaine Anhydrous (1g extra)
Creatine mono 5g daily forever
Krill oil
Psyllium husk (5g daily)
Joint supplement

Will supplement AOD9604 Invalid Link Removed closer to the competition if I need to get my weight down ASAP. May jump back on my PEG MGF as well.. This is undecided. Right now I want to keep it as natty as possible, but things change 8)

Don't look at what 99% of these dumbasses on AM are saying about intra carbs. It pisses me off reading their pure ignorance to the situation.

These morons are talking about Gatorade and BCAA. Well for fukc sake no one is saying anything about those.

HBCD has a funnel shape to it, it catches the hydrolized protein/EAA and helps it enter the body quicker(hence it's high weight and gastric emptying) no other carb on the market is like this. Cyclic Dectrins are found in febreeze (traps the odor molecules in the funnel) same idea.

Another thing I want to point out is intra carb use for ME and other veteran AM users is for recovery. The faster I recover the faster I can retrain that muscle and the more opportunity for growth. 9/10 people on here don't train hard enough to warrant intra carb use. Not to mention it has NOTHING to do with endurance. The other half of those people nutrition sucks during the day so they don't even need to be worried about intra carbs regardless

Sorry for the rant but I see SOOOOO many people get the wrong idea about intra nutrition. Nothing against you, your comment just brought it to topic, an I'm trying to help you out.

No need to apologize. I've read a good amount on HBCD for intra (better paired with EAAs/ bulk leucine/HICA) and if you got the dough throw in casienates (pepto) but like I've said I've gone the route of carbs intra with Bcaa/EAA blend before and haven't noticed a notable impact on my recovery. And my trainings on point (we all say that though don't we?)

What I find funny is, meadows, the man who got this movement started, and talks about recovery is on copious amount of AAS. So his "recovery" is sped up REGARDLESS of what his "intra" supplements are.

Like I said I'm on the fence. I may give it a go again.
