i agree. I've never personally seen a 3rd nipple but I doubt it has breast tissue behind it otherwise women could potentially have 3 boobs

Well you're both wrong. Women with 3rd nipples often present for the first time during pregnancy, because the elevated PRL/E causes painful growth of the nipple's glands. So yes, 3rd nipples are hormonally responsive and can get gyno
