The pump?? :omfg: I rode my motorcycle to the gym and literally thought I was going to have to have someone strap my helmet for me!! I knew even after the first Tricep exercise the pump was going to be crazy today!
I've got that all day fullness now. Arms and chest are always tight. I was at my parents last night and my wife said my dad kept looking at me funny, like he knew I was on something because I have blown up over the last 3-4 weeks haha. This will be my first PH cycle while on test, so I hope to get as much out of it as possible and to keep most if not all my gains ;)

My Fiancés step dad did the same thing to me last time I cycled.

Will see what happens this cycle haha. I'm kind of like a ninja with my ****. Haha.

It was my dad who said something not step-dad ;). Although in a few weeks we will be going to a family reunion on my wife's side. That should be interesting as I haven't seen a lot of them in a year or so :D


Also these muscle cramps are getting out of hand!! All I did was raise my leg to tie my shoe and the inner quad muscle on my right leg cramped up on me !! ??

Are you supplementing with Taurine? If not get some today and take it. Powder form, no taste, and mixes well. I use a teaspoon in the morning and again at night. I think it is roughly 5gr a serving.

I'm a couple days late, but going back to your sleep issue..

I found melatonin helped some, but made me feel very tired in the AM. I now take 500mg Niacin and maximum strength Magnesium right before bed, and it doesn't help me to go to sleep at all, but once I'm out it keeps me out and doesn't affect me regarding any grogginess.

No joke, if I don't take them I'm up almost every hour.

I may try that. I am still waiting up through the night. I woke up every hour on the hour from 2 to 5 this morning and then finally just got up because I couldn't go back to sleep.

That's exactly what happens to me. It's worth giving it a shot, and It relatively cheap.
 
Been a little slow updating. Things are starting to get back to normal around here I think. Last week was crazy, with me finishing up my last few days of work, and then going out of town for 3 days. Started this week off fresh. Got the kids off to school this morning. Then decided maybe I would go to the park to do my studying. We have a huge park here close with 3-4 different shelter houses and a lot of picnic tables with shade. So as long as it stays cool here I will just ride the motorcycle there with my backpack and books. There are a lot less distractions than sitting at home.
After getting in a few hours of studying I came home, drank a shake and hit the gym.

Leg day!! I planned on hitting them harder today than I had, and I did !! :saeek:

Ya, the park is pretty quiet in the mornings. There is a jogging trail that gets used but that is about it.

A couple of notable things this morning so I am going to shout at GoHardOrGoHom olympuslabs jaycuda .

First of all I noticed the Dermatr3n getting pretty low a few days ago. I think I may have 1-2 doses left. Today will be 7 weeks on it, so I can finish up the Tr3n at 150mg/day for 11 more days. I have plenty of Epi left because I bought an extra bottle. Thurs will be 4 weeks on it, so I plan on running it another 2 weeks after that, for a total of 6. That'll put me ending Tren about a week before ending the Epi. Hope that made sense haha.


Now for the good news!!! As a lot of you know I am gyno prone. I do have a knot on my right side that I will probably always have. As long as i control it I am fine. Well I have had some puffiness for awhile but never noticed any growth of the knot. That's even with dosing RC Exemastane at 12.5/day. I started AR1MACARE 5 days ago and for the last 2 days there has been no puffiness!! I know the RC exe is legit because if I go up any on the dosage my joints, mainly my knees start aching. To know that an OTC product is working just as good if not better than a RC is awesome! I may stop the Exe for a week or so and see how I do strictly on the AR1MACARE.

Yes sir. I started the log only planning on 4 weeks Tr3n. Ended up adding in Epi at the 4 week mark, so it'll be Tren 8 weeks and Epi 6 weeks.

Yes, I am very surprised/happy with the Ar1macare already!!

Thanks man!! I thought 205 went up pretty easy and had no trouble with 235. I knew it was on then!!! I put nickels on then said the hell with it!! Pulled them back off an used dimes!

Thanks everyone. I know it seemed like a big jump, and it was, but I honest to God struggled last week with 235x6. And it went up pretty easy this week!! I won't push it like that next time, maybe just see if I can get it for 6. Even if I could jump up every week 10-20lbs my joints wouldn't take it.

I do want to, and will see if I can hit 500 on my squat before this cycle is over though :D
 
No gym today. Had a pretty rough night sleeping. Lots of heart palpatations, and just overall anxiety. Today was the same way. I switched my anxiety meds a few weeks ago, and am having a hard time adjusting. Today was one of the harder days, just haven't been myself... I should of went to the gym anyway. It seems like once I get in there and put my headphones on, nothing else really matters...

A few dizzy spells this morning, but that is because I am off of the Celexa for a few days, the first med I had been on. Anytime I would forget to take it I would get spells like this. I just hope they go away within a few days.
