Sup guys/gals....

Picked up a bottle of Primaforce CLA.
On the site (don't remember where I got it) it said to take after meals...

On the bottle it just says take 3-6 softgels daily.

From my experience (not much with CLA but tried once before)

You need to take it after meals? Is this correct?

If so, I take 2 doses of vitamins - one after breakfast, one after dinner -

AM vitamins - Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Omega 3-6-9, Acetyl L Carnitine, Green Tea Extract, Calcium/Magnesium

PM Vitamins - Fish Oil, Omega 3-6-9, Acetyle L Carnitine, Green Tea Extract, Magnesium,

So if i need to take CLA after meals can i take it with the above?
Otherwise can i take it another time (before meals)?

Thx

I wouldn't waste my time on cla.

Why not? I see a lot of you AMers think CLA is a waste of time but but there are multiple studies on NIH to prove its effectiveness. Not trying to start an argument I am just wondering if I am missing something.

You can take it whenever you like

It appeared to have potential at one point but has yet to really pan out.

Could you point me to any studies? Going to run a search tomorrow.

Here are a few. I know 2 of the studies were done on overweight people but still I've yet to find a study on cla to say it does nothing

Personally, I've never seen anything from it running it solo. Back in the day I did run it with Raspberry Ketones and other natural stuff and it was decent along with a spot on diet but, for me, it's not worth buying

I think it has value in the right settings and can be considered a macro to be worked into a diet. during a low carb diet I find it very helpful to reach some of the high fat intake via pills, including fish oil as well. you might experiment with dosing and see if you find much benefit.
for keto dieters I highly recommend trying this stuff:

Thx. Agreed. People are using plenty of stims for fat loss...which i can't use...so i think this product hasn't proven effective in most cases because of that, and other factors including diet and so forth. So under the right circumstances it could provide some benefit.

Never know unless you try tho...

I had rigged my own alc cla in the past by using cla and my acetyl together at the same ratio.

I couldn't really feel any benefit but it was likely due to the delivery method and experimentation with dosing.

for me the effects of ALC are built up over a couple weeks and I like how it contributes to many different aspects of health and performance.
