Alpha feeling and aggression is unbelievable right now!! Man I get in the gym and it's me against the weights! I need to be careful going up on weight because as it gets heavy I am getting really aggresive pushing it and don't want/need to be getting hurt right now. I really hate that it took this long to get to this point, but now I don't want this cycle to end! haha.
So just a heads up if someone is going to be starting the Tr3n, I would start at 120mg/day and work up from there instead of 60 or 90 ;)

Thanks enhanced! My brother is working with my on a diet. We are really going to start increasing my overall cals to see if I can really blow up on this cycle. Only bad part is I am leaning out, I can start to see my abs now without flexing, and I don't want to lose that by upping my carbs to much ;)

I mean, you could start there. I actually noticed it kicking in within the first two weeks. It has just really intensified the last week or two at 150mg/day. And I was going to go up to 180mg/day :shocked:

I'm the same height. Sitting around 175ish on a cut. Lol.
 
Good solid workout there bro! Just pay attention and if you feel a twing on a heavy lift, drop the weights. Trying to push on through will cause the injury. I blew my shoulder out a few times thinking I could push through that twing for one more rep. Learned if I stopped when I first felt it I would be ok. Sort of like an early warning device.

I'm not on a cut per se, but my abs are just now starting to show a little, so I am leaning up. Not sure what I would look like, or how lean I would be at 175? Probably pretty sweet lol

Thanks turf. It always concerns me on cycle, or when my strength starts shooting up, that I am going to get injured. I've dealt with a few minor naggin injuries in the past but nothing severe. But even the smaller ones like a strained forearm can suck.

Today was supposed to be an off day. My mom has to have emergency surgery tonight, so we will be going out of town to be with her and not sure what time we'll get home. I am supposed to work tomorrow afternoon so I don't know if I will make the gym in the morning, so I went this morning instead. If we are not out all night, then I will go ahead and go tomorrow too. Maybe add in an extra arm day Friday or Saturday. Need to still work on them and my chest.

Anyway, it was arms today. Not sure who every thought up of doing Quad sets, but they need to be shot!! haha I don't like doing much more than super-sets because I don't feel like I am getting everything out of each exercise because I fatigue quicker.

I know it sounds monotonous , but the vascularity and pump today was just crazy!! When the Epi kicks in full force I am going to have a hard time doing higher reps!

Appetite is increasing daily now. I catch myself eating a decent size meal and within 20 minutes wanting more to eat. Which is good, because I have decided to make this a clean bulk. I've been able to recomp pretty well, so I am going to up my carbs and protein and see what happens the next 4 weeks. I have a few more days and I will up the Tren to 180mg/day. If there isn't any BP issues then I will bump the Epi on up to 60mg also :D

That's a killer arm workout there! Good #'s there. I doubt you'll need to squeeze in another arm day. Give those baby time to recoup and grow.

Sorry about the lack of updates. Been kinda crazy! My mom surgery went well Wed night, well enough they let her come home when they thought they would have to keep her :) We didn't get home until 2am yesterday morning then woke up at 8am. Yesterday I had to take the boys to get their haircuts for school at 10, then go register them at noon. Then I had to work at 3!!! After work we drove an hour to pick up a new puppy for my son's birtday, so didn't get home unitl 10 last night. Needless to say I was wore out!! I didn't even get out of bed until 9 this morning haha. I will be hitting the gym afterwhile though!! All I have left for the is week is back, so I am going to really hit it hard!!
 
So glad everything went well with your Mom! Sounds like a full day but lots of great moments! Maybe things will settle down a bit for you now!

Got back in the gym today. Hit back pretty good. It seemed like the pump didn't really come on until towards the end, but felt strong all the way through. I was actually going to throw in some rack pulls at the end even though it didnt call for it, but I got to talking with a buddy and ran out of time..

Had a friend show up today at the gym. I hadnt seen him in a few months and he asked where all the balloons came from that I had stuck to my chest, arms and shoulders haha. Feels good to know someone else notices you are growing.

I am trying to get in all the meals I am supposed to. I had said my brother helped me set up a meal plan. Lots of carbs!! With just my first two meals, plus the Karbolyn I had peri/post workout I have had just over 200 carbs !! I was supposed to have an apple with my post workout meal also, but still need to pick some up. I am not used to this many carbs, but just trying to get them in the last few days is really filling me out. :D
 
Off day today.

Worked until 1am this morning and then was woke up early again. Went and did some running around town with the wife, went grocery shopping and stocked up good on steaks, burgers and chicken. Time to grow :D

Took a good nap this afternoon and then went to Pizza hut for supper. My son turned 7 today and that was his choice to have a B-day party. Needless to say I ate way to much pizza. I refused to count how many pieces I ate so I wouldn't feel as bad afterwards. Until I had a big piece of cake :-/
Now we have 6 6 and 7 yr olds staying the night!! It'll be a late night again!

Plan on getting a jump start on the week tomorrow and hitting legs. Going to be going heavy on squats, and no better way than the day after pizza :D

Also wanted to point out I bumped up the Epi to 60mg/day and Tren to 180mg/day. I hear a lot about guys getting night sweats on Tren, but I haven't experienced it yet. I do however seem to sweat a lot with in the first couple hours of applying the Dermatren. There's been times I will take a shower, apply the Tren, and go to work. I'll be standing there sweating when everyone else says it is cool in there??
 
I notice with the tr3n that when I eat I am like a furnace... so far luckily no night sweats. I am sitting at 120... tomorrow bumping to 150.

Strength continues to climb. A few weeks ago I could only get 225 x 5 on the incline. This week I got 6 then got 6 with 235 :D very happy!!

Going to eat, mow the lawn, then rest a bit before going into work tonight. Tonight is my last night of working, then it is time to really bat down the hatch and start studying!! With the kids starting school Wed my plans are to take them to school, hit the gym, then spend the morning/afternoon studying while the house is quiet.
I do have to go out of town Thurs eve and won't be back until Saturday evening. I am taking a two day study course to help with my studying for boards. I will be staying at my brothers so I may get in a workout or two with him.

My strength is going up for sure, and my upper body is growing. I'm not seeing the growth in my legs that I would like to see though. I may start adding in some more lifts on leg day ;)

Got called into work yesterday. Hadn't planned on working so I got up with my wife at 5:30 before she went to work. Was going to hit the gym around 7, come home do some studying, then take a short nap before she got home. That didn't happen!! UGH!! Thankfully it was my last day of work!

Sleep is getting worse at night. Partly now because we have a new puppy who thinks she has to whine all night, but also from the hormones. I have been falling asleep fine, but wake up many times through the night and have been waking up early in the morning and not being able to go back to sleep. I may look into taking some melatonin again to help.
Also starting to get some minor back pumps. I'm surprised they took this long to start up, not that I am complaining ;) , but at 60mg Epi they normally start pretty quick. I have been cramping up some too. My kids were gone at school yesterday and my wife came home early for work. Well at a VERY bad time my hamstring cramped up on me!! They have a lot lately, so I have started eating a few bananas a day for the potassium and trying to up my water intake.


Also I am going out of town tonight and will be back Saturday night. I am taking a two day class to help me prepare for boards. It is from 8-5 tomorrow so I dont know if I will make the gym or not. I will be staying with my brother so hopefully I can make it to lift with him.

I've got that all day fullness now. Arms and chest are always tight. I was at my parents last night and my wife said my dad kept looking at me funny, like he knew I was on something because I have blown up over the last 3-4 weeks haha. This will be my first PH cycle while on test, so I hope to get as much out of it as possible and to keep most if not all my gains ;)
