Well, tbh they have a wide assortment of foods that I find not bad to eat. I didn't think it would be that easy to screw up something as simple as french toast or a brownie lol. The other foods are more complex.
Taco bells lunch or regular selection taste at least edible to me, but their breakfast menu is barf city.
I really like hole in the walls, but you know what? My whole area is totally horrible these days from the past 4 years. All food quality is down, price is up. My list of crap is piling up real fast. I've crossed out a list of over a dozen places that went from real good to real crappy.
Better off making your own french toast or brownies next time. Even if you keep them somewhat clean, healthy, etc. you might still fill that craving. Or go to a bakery, they usually have good selections.
I'm sure I can make wayyy better. It was because cheat meals are today and grocery store shopping is tomorrow..not convenient. But next time! I will make some delicious foods![]()
I need a crockpot. If you I have frozen chicken breasts, can you just put it right in? Or thaw first
Love the ideas, Crepes are easy to make healthy too, if i was going to do them as a cheat they would be cookie butter stuffed and topped with honey/banana or something along those lines with a homemade compote.
Burrito could be something for the future for sure.
Put in with hot sauce or soy sauce = easy flavoring
or cook in diet soda (serious) comes out very moist.
Q: when I cook frozen chicken I get a bunch of what looks like coagulated blood/broth floating around. I usually dump it along with the broth and fat. Is this normal? I'll take a pic next time I do it if a better explanation is needed.

Track exactly as labeled on package. Period. Here's a question since were on the subject of chicken and macros. Meats that lose a lot of fat when cooking. For example microwaved bacon, burgers, etc. How do you track them? 100g raw may have 15g of fat but what if there's only 8 left after cooking? That's an extra 63kcals your counting... If you're talking about 1/2lbs of meat that adds up. If I weren't lazy, I'd weigh raw and use nutritiondata.self.com to calculate the 'cooked' macros based on the amount of protein (which isn't lost mostly).

Mine at my store comes raw and cooked
usually 4oz raw = 3oz cooked, go by the same macros.
Anyone know the macros of a skinless sweet potato?
For 1lb broiled without skin it's about 385kcal .6g fat 80g carbs (11g fiber) 6g protein

Not at all a cheat meal, but my day to day foods. If you care to take a look here's some garlic herb chicken thighs. Fortunately for me, came out juicy enough to fall off the bone --but also cooked all the way to the bone.

cbsharpe: Thanks bro. How did you cook your chicken thighs ? Bake, bbq? I'm glad you're not one of those guys eating plain, unseasoned , deskinned boneless chicken breasts. How do people even do that?
Driven2lift: Nice steak, mine is cooking up today too![]()
This is a cheat meal.... steak and veggies doing it wrong![]()
You're right not a cheat, tasted like one though
What cut of steak was that bro?
Top sirloin
Wow, this was a great idea. So I got me a single serving of protein powder at CVS and I mixed it with 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt +2 stevia. IF i had cocoa powder, I'd surely put that in to. The plain yogurt is quite sour and is more made for Indian and greek savory dishes, so that Stevia helped it.
This definitely curbed a little edge on my cutting diet! I basically made some Protein pudding. Hmm, I probably wouldn't eat this on a cheat day, but alas not bad.

Almost reached my carb limit for the day though, but I can manage still.
TheSolution: I bet you already mixed your cellucor into greek yogurt before right?

Nothing beats grandparents' authentic home cooked meals!
Enjoy that
Yeah but who can eat only one serving of ice cream. I miss ice cream![]()
