I'm thinking about running DermaTREST at 100mg/ed for 8 or 12 weeks. Would a bottle of sup3r PCT be enough for PCT?

Absolutely not. Full pct is required.

Maybe use Cel Pct assist in place of daa, its much more effective IME. And if you have a bit of extra cash add reduce Xt at 0/0/3/3/3/3 in pct. good luck.

And next pct I'm adding in ep1c or Dermastrength to keep the gains coming throughout pct
