I've been planning my next cycle to run in September. Epi shot my libido and hit me hard with lethargy. My woman was pissed cuz I wasn't even interested in sex.

I'm definitely going to run Tr3st with my next run, but would like to find something else that doesn't kill be libido like Epi did.

I'm my experience everything kills libido. From halo to Epi to m sten. first cycle using Trest and I'm pretty sure I can give it 100% credit for my dick still working
 
Forgot to update my weight.


Dry weight this morning 207. That's 13 lbs so far. Not much fat gain if any so it's been pretty awesome
 
Started 2 pumps transform yesterday.

Energy was ****ing sick today.

Pendlay rows PR!
215 for 5

Dumbbell bench PR!
120 for 5

From now on only gonna log the main lifts weights since those are the numbers I focus on.

Did pull ups overhand 45 lbs for 12 today

Weighted dips
Rack chins
Curls
Skull crushers
Tricep extensions.

Pump and energy were great today. Heavy ass legs tomorrow.

So far thoughts on DMZ and trest combo.

Strength gainZ have been amazing.
Muscle hardness is great.
Vascularity hasn't increased but I think that's because I'm eating to get big and 14% bf.
pump is beyond awesome. I feel huge
As far as body composition goes. So far has been alright. I'm a little thicker but not extremely noticeable. Then again strength is my main goal
 
In to here more about the transform. Would you reccomend starting it day 1 of the cycle and running it through pct
 
Took a rest day today to get back into the 5 day split I wanted. I go back to regular working hours this week which means 4am gym time.

Yea I figured as much with a cycle shutting your testes down. I had no idea it would hit me so hard. Perhaps because of my age. My girlfriend was having some major issues because we weren't normal. I finally caved and told her about my PH use. Boy was she pissed. I told her I want to run another cycle in September, but she's none too pleased. So I'm doing as much research as I can to find a cycle that doesn't kill the vibe completely. Definitely going to be running Tr3st with every cycle from here on.

60 mg of DMZ is definitely my sweet spot. Making even better gainZ. Getting compliments left and right about size and if I'm on roids hahaha.

Gonna up trest to 100 on Sunday and keep DMZ at 60 for the last 2 weeks.

No side effects other then back pumps and slightly elevated blood pressure. All is well and this run is amazing so far

You have some strong shoulders man. I feel like the PHAT program is really hard on my shoulders, they basically get hit four times a week and they have really been revealed as a weakness of mine, it is making it tough to increase weight on bench and they constantly hurt. Even with stretches and rotator cuff exercises I'm having trouble setting up properly for squats without pain in my shoulders.
 
Following this log has introduced me to Pendlay Rows. What a great movement!! Did a little research on proper form and just did my 2nd back workout yesterday with them implemented. Never had a rowing movement make my traps so sore the next day. Love it!!

I tweaked my right shoulder a bit on the program and had to back off a bit on the weight. My shoulder has recovered so I'll ramp up the weights again. I do love the program though... Hits everything you want.

Yeah if there is one thing about this program that id have to say is my
Favorite is the amount of rows. I never had a strong back but I'm finally getting there.

As to bult. My shoulders have always been my weakness so it's surprising I've done so well. I think it might have to do with trest being a wet compound giving me that joint lubrication I need. Along with the ass load of glucosamine I take a day.

Another part of it being that it relies heavily on dumbbells instead of barbells. I love that.

(As it's 0400 and I'm getting ready to go to barbell flat bench -_-)

Sorry bout the no pics guys I'm back to 14 hour days and have a 24 hour shift tomorrow. I'll do then when I get the chance
 
PR from Chest and arms today.

All 6 sets of 3 at 275 with 115 rest in between eac set.

Also 100 lb dumbbells for 11 for incline bench.

Feel comfortable posting some videos this upcoming week.

Any report on hairloss or thinning on tr3st/dmz?

I feel like mines a bit thinner after epi/dienazone, but maybe im paranoid
 
When you do the rack chins how high up do you have your ankles?

Do you keep ur entire body straight like a board with a plate on ur stomach/lap?

Last Summer when I hit 60mg of epi I thought the same! But after pct it didn't bother me, guess I was just paranoid!

And if I got my dad's genes I'm screwed regardless
 
Had a 24 hour shift yesterday so I hate to say it but I had to pre workout today. And it made me feel like a god since I haven't used pre in 2 months.

Great workout.

Squats tomorrow at 4 am. Will post video of 3 rep pr when I get home from work tomorrow.

12 hour shifts all this week and another 24 hour shift next weekend. Won't let that ruin GAINZ though. Only 2 weeks left. About to push these 2 weeks to the max.

Upping Trest to 100 today.

Upping transform to 2 1/2 pumps spaced throughout the day.

Let the real GAINZ begin.

So far this has been the best cycle I've run to date. Up over 15 lbs in 4 weeks. No fat gain. Size and strength absolutely through the roof.
 
Looks like you are crushing it in strength gains man, well done! How is your recovery going....soreness that kinda thing?

At this point I'm never sore. Which has to be the gear because I rarely get over 6 hours of sleep (due to work schedule) and I'm lofting heavy as ****

I lost my appetite I'm dying just trying to eat 2k a day and my heart is thumping hard.

Not in pre hypertension yet but if I get there ill be dropping the cycle early. No point in risking my life.

120/78. Pretty damn close to pre hypertension.

I usually have fantastic blood pressure. Usually high 90s over mid 60s. So very high for me.

I'll ride it out see if it gets better. If it gets worse I'll drop back down to 40 mg

Nice. Up 16 pounds or so now? I think 100mg of the tr3st is plenty for me. Once again, very impressive shoulder strength.

Yeah 18 lbs to be exact. And I figured if try one last up dosage. Glad I did I feel 100 x better.

Changed up leg day. 3 rep speed sets I feel aren't giving my full hypertrophy benefits.

Did 3 sets of 10.
275 for all 3. 1 minute rest in between each set.

Then did 3 sets of 10 deadlift with 315. 45 seconds rest. Then all the other lifts. Gonna do the same for chest tomorrow with flat barbell and incline dumbbell
 
Your fine man on blood pressure man. I got mine checked at 140\80 the other day. Ive was hovering up to 160 on last cycle.

Yes i preloaded, and was on cycle assist.everyone in my fam has high blood pressurs

To extend ur clomid why not hit 50mg for 10days then take half tabs (25mg) til ur out
