Alright rough last couple days here were the last two workouts.


7/23

Speed leg work
225 x 3 x 6. 45 seconds rest in between each set. Kept the light weight. Working on speed and power coming out of the hole.

Hack squats
265 x 10 x 3

Leg press
600 x 15 x 2

Leg extensions
138 x 15 x 3

I skipped deads today back pumps started to kick in hard.

Finished with seated and standing calf raises.

Firs time I've done legs twice in one week in a long time. Felt great no soreness and definitely getting that alpha feelings with the weights. I wanna toss the weight around not just grind through a workout.

Yesterday did chest and arms.

Again speed work on flat dumbbell 45 seconds strict rest
90 x 3 for 3 sets
Then 95 x 3 for the last three sets

Incline dumbbell
85 x 12 x 2
85 x 10

Hammer strength chest
Loaded two 45s each side and did two sets of 15.

Incline cable flys
32.5 x 12 x 3.

Cambered curls
80 x 12 x 3

Concentration curls
25 x 12 x 3

Overhead tricep extension
90 x 12 x 3

Cable curls
62 x 12 x 3

Tricep push downs
87.5 x 12 x 3

Finished off with tricep kickbacks.


The chest and arms was a 4 am workout on 5 hours of sleep with no pre workout. Just 50 mg tr3st. And it felt awesome. Pump was sick. Weight felt light.

Definitely noticing an alpha feeling in the gym.

Although somehow in the first 7 days of this stuff I'm up 5 lbs. I weigh myself dry every morning so I know it's legit. I'm gonna lighten calories a little bit but keep carbs high to feed the dmz. I don't notice any fat gain so far so I don't know if its just a fluke. Gonna do progress pictures next week!
 
Today is a rest day. Keeping carbs 100 pro 300 fat 90. Power day tomorrow. Heavy carb day. Then a 24 hour duty on Sunday

Yeah I can't wait for the next week or so when it really kicks in. I'm loving it so far.

Okinawa isn't as great as it sounds haha the weather is miserably hot and humid or pouring rain. Perfect for gym and diving though.

All numbers are up from last week. Strength gain is definitely noticeable in the upper body. The pump was sick too looked like I had bowling balls for shoulders.

Ran this off 5 hours of sleep and no pre workout.

Starting to get that "on" feeling.

I have a 24 hour duty today but I'm gonna try to get someone to cover for 2 hours tonight so I can smash on some legs.

God I love this stuff so far.

Also weight is 194.4. Up 5 lbs and staying steady for a couple days then ill increase calories by 200.

I have noticed in a couple updates you have mentioned working out on minimal sleep. Is that typical of you and your schedule, or do you think one of the products is affecting your sleep? The Trensomnia may keep me from running it again, I need my sleep. Thought I remember reading that Trest can help sleep quality.

It's just schedule typical. Anything more the 6-7 hours is amazing. I actually sleep great when I do sleep even when dosing 25mg tr3st right before bed. Never read about its sleep qualities but it wouldn't surprise me i sleep great when I get the chance

Yeah i think so! Try all 3 sets at 205 next time!

Pendlay rows a re done parallel to the floor so it minimizes jerking and swinging movements. So if ur keeping that back straight and parallel then you're gtg
 
Well had my first **** workout last night. Worked from 6 am to 8 pm and then tried to do legs no pre workout. Well it sucked. I left before I did anything to hurt myself.

No focus no drive. Think work finally caught up to me. Oh well I have today off from work so long rest day. Gonna up calories by 250.

Only exercise I did worth mentioning yesterday was squats
275 x 8 warm up

335x5

Hopefully this day off from everything will help. This program is no joke.
 
Great workout today. All light speed work. No longer then 45 seconds rest in between each set. Felt alpha as **** and the all day pump is great.

Not noticing too many body comp changes but it is only day 10. Might bump the dmz to 60 for the last 4 weeks. Any objections?

Nice speed leg day. You know a product is working well when you feel a crazy upper body pump doing squats.

Most of my carbs today came from veggies and milk so I'm rather happy about that.
 
Haha same thing happened to me man. Glad I started early though. Wanna pack on as much muscle and strength before I start training for a huge selection process.

It will be good to see your results. We are pretty close in stats. But yeah, I need to let common sense win over impatience. I have run 2 cycles in 4 months. So I can use a couple months off.

Great workout. Numbers are steadily increasing. Pump is absolutely ridiculous.

I can see some slight body comp changes. I'm definitely thicker in the back and chest. Not anything crazy but it's noticeable.

Also I wake up in the morning and can see my top 2 Abs which is nice.

Gonna bump up to 60 at the 2 week mark. So I can dose 20 mg pre workout.

Keeping trest at 20 mg morning 50 mg pre.

Also weight this morning was 200.4.

Goal is to bring that to 210 in the next 4 weeks without bringing too much fat into the mix.

Really loving this program as well. Finally got passed the sore as f*ck stage.

Gonna have to start doing some crazy cardio soon so I hope it doesn't effect my gainZ too much

Oh man you'll be at my weight in no time. I did A&S at Lejeune when I was in Cherry point about 4 years ago. I lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks.

I'm pumped selected or not it'll be a great experience. When this cycle is finished I'm gonna do a permanent log up until A&S. a lot of ruck runs and humps. Gonna try to eat around 5k calories a day to not lose any GAINZ

How much protein do u get from food vs shakes? Can u throw up a typical days meal plan when you get time?

I think my tr3st lost it's touch too. Given, I'm almost done with my cycle but I've been struggling lately. Been sleeping like **** and tired throughout the day.

Well I'm actually on an Ep15/Tr3st cycle. But I only have a week and a half left of my cycle so I'll just ride it out at 75mgs of tr3st and start my PCT with Ep1c and Str3ngth. I'm leaning towards DMZ/Tr3st or Msten/Tr3st for my next cycle though.
 
Lethargy. Sucks. Hard.

I always get hit by that about this time. I am fortunately able to increase my sleep to compensate, usually by the end of my cycle I'm on the sleep schedule of a toddler. It mostly makes it hard to get up in the mornings and gives me difficulty when I have to focus on something. I always have energy in the gym when I'm on cycle though.

Yeah I'm at 60mg spaced through the day. Sleep sucks though. Sweats, I go to bed at 11 I'm awake by 5 still tired. Gonna grab some melatonin to see how it helps.

Counting trest today to see if I can up to. 100 not that I think it'll help

Rest day has been great so far. Slept in but had to teach a boot howmto drive stick. But I'm now back to sitting on my ass. Gonna destroy tomorrow's power day and I can't wait.
