I wasn't done either. Normally there would have been another two shoulder and bicep exercises, but I had to head home and get packed for the weekend. Heading down to the in laws tonight after work and continuing the excavation on the foundation for their new house. Going to have everything brought to final grade on Saturday.

Tell you what though, two major body part workouts in eight hours with only four hours of sleep between makes for a tired and hungry day at work!

I thought I had already posted in here and was wondering why I hadn't seen new posts in my notifications. Guess my sub post didn't post after all! Good to see you carried on without me though! Lol!

I'm here now!

Glad to have you here!!! The weekend didn't have any workouts, but it was a busy one helping my father-in-law with the new house. We're still not finished excavating, but by the end of Saturday we were getting most of the foundation at final grade. Looking forward to hitting the weights tonight. Debating between back or chest. We'll see how busy things are at either and go from there.

Will get some more updates rolling soon. I'll take some progress pics tomorrow morning. Had a very busy week last week and didn't get into the gym until Friday and only got in two WO's. But they were good ones. I'm making some program changes too. I'm still going to be doing the 3 day split and up to 6 days/week training scheme, but I'm going to start throwing in some 5/3/1 with my first exercises. Every other workout for that bodypart will be 5/3/1 and following will be more of a typical bodybuilding style.

Had a good bench day on Friday. Put up 315x5. This isn't a PR, but it's a lot more than I've handled in the last few months. Likewise, I went all out on heavy Leg Press on Saturday and put up 1295x3! Really happy with both of these numbers and now I have my starting maxes for those two lifts.

Strength has definitely been increasing since starting the Diabolix and I'm still only running 30mg/day. Should be a fun run to the end of the bottle!

Strength increases are what I like to hear about!!

I'd go ahead and kick it up to 45/day as others are noticing it really shining at 60/day. You might respond better than others but I think you'd like 45/ day a lot more.

Sounds like a plan. Arms and shoulders tomorrow morning. Going to stick with 531 for barbell curls, lying French presses, and barbell upright rows. I could really stand to get stronger in these exercises and my overall development will benefit from that too.

In. :)

BTW, I took your advice and bumped up to 45 last night.

I actually had liver problems being stupid with superdrol in 2012. Did 8 weeks on 8 weeks off with no cycle supports all year long then finished the year with an SD sdmz 2.0 cycle. Put on 20lbs that year and tons of strength. But a few days after Christmas, my liver let me know what the toll was. 4 months later of no lifting I was finally back to normal, 25lbs lighter, and skinny fat. I spent the rest of 2013 and the better part of this year gaining it back and leaning up again.

That sounds awesome lolol the Superdrol part, not the liver problem fault

It was amazing while it lasted. Went from a 315x3 bench to 315x10, deads went from 415x1 to 415x15. My max squat got up to 575. I was well on my way to a 4,5,6 total for the big three. To bad it came crashing down.

Painful lesson learned but glad you shared it so other people will take stuff like this serious.

SD is a fantastic steroid. No ifs ands or buts about it. But it is potent, both on positive and negative effects. Make sure you have adequate liver support. At least 1000mg NAC daily, but I would prefer a combo of NAC with 250mg TUDCA as well. Likewise, don't run it for more than eight weeks and keep at least three months between runs. I'd prefer four. Take these precautions and you'll have great runs everytime.

It would simply be a kicker for me, 4 weeks at a low dose, simple and effective. Thanks for the advice though. Always helps.

Wow! That sounds like it was a fun ride but man the consequences suck!!!

Thanks guys for chiming in. Higher dose has been good in terms of sides, in other words, none to speak of. But I have yet to really put it to the test. I was hoping to get a few more workouts in over the weekend, but my father in law had more work to do on his new house than I thought he would. So, instead I spent over twenty hours in a skid loader feeling him get his foundation done before the end of the month so he doesn't have to spend any more money in the track hoe he rented. I'm planning on hitting my 531 sets for bench and deads tonight followed by legs tomorrow morning. Would have hit it this morning, but my little girl woke up right as I was about to leave and my wife has been feeling ****ty and is going to the doctor today. I'll give an update this evening.
