So this is Oxime (PH) which convert into 17 alpha-methyl-DHT ?

no.. oximes change the action of target hormone and tends to exhibit much different outcomes on both effects and sides. I have used this stuff and its nothing like anadrol which is what I think a.n. was shooting for.
 
The 1 has definitely got my attention....but I'm having trouble finding much information on the compound. Does the 1 aromatize?

I have no idea what AN was shooting for but it's not supposed to be oxime analogue of anadrol. It's methyl-DHT with hydroxyimine group instead of ketone group.

There is no way it'd act like anadrol. Two totally different animals.
