First a big thanks to corbin@nutra and all the folks at NutraPlanet. They kindly gave me 1 bottle of Follidrex to log.

Stats as of 7/22/14

Training: weight training 5x week. Hit one muscle group per day and also 2 x per week I have cycling class.
Goals: Hope to recomp and gain lean mass.
Diet : 6-8 meals per day. High protein and less than 100g carbs. Diet is clean and sometime cheat on leg day.

Dose: I am in the 200+ logging group and was told to take 2 cap per day. I will take one on wake and one at bedtime. The bottle will last 15 days. I hope to see effect in this short time.

DAY 1- CHEST

wide bar BB chest press- 2x45-3 set- 15 reps
db flat chest press 95lb,100,100 3 set- total 8-10 reps

Chest workout went great. felt a good tight pump. So far noting to note. Hope kickin will be fast.

I noticed the boost in energy yesterday and it was my second day as well.
 
DAY 3- Rest day

But had 1 hour of cycling class for cardio

Taking 2 caps. Yep energy is up alot and in good mood...itching to get back to weights.
 
DAY 4- DELTS

FRONT RAISES DB- 40,45,50 -3 SETS 10-12 reps

Taking 2 caps. burnt delts out good. Lot of volume and muscle are looking so full. Energy and recovery b/t set is up. It safe to say that this has kicked in!!!
 
DAY 5- LEGS

QUAD
kettlebell squat 45s 3 sets -10 reps
Leg Press 45x8,7,6plates each side -2 set per plate- 6 set total -10-12 reps
Vertical leg press 5 plates -3 sets 10-12 reps
Charles Glass Single legged Leg press(this is one legged side tilt leg press-targets outer sweep)- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps

HAMS

Taking 2 caps. Leg workout was great. I feel alot stronger and energy level is up. I feel like I have more endurance and am able to bounce back after sets.
 
DAy 6- ABS and Calves

Taking 2 caps. Looking fuller and abs coming in. Feeling good and this is what I call a rest day.
 
DAY 7-ARMS

Bicep
Curl Bar w/ revolving handles- 25 on each side- 4 set 10-12 reps

Taking 2 caps. Arms workout was great..pump came on fast and I feel more blood in the muscles. This is 1/2 way point. Feel fuller and energy is high and endurance has spiked high.
 
DAY 8-- CHEST

Taking 2 caps. hit chest hard. Energy and mood are both up. I feel and look bigger and endurance is great. Rest b/t set is very minimal and just repping out alot.
 
DAY 9-BACK

Taking 2 caps. Back workout was great. Energy and focus are now coming together. I feel more of a pump in back. Which I normal dont have a pump in back. The energy has allow me to focus more on contractions and to do that with more weight and less rest b/t sets. I also have minimal soreness and feel strong.
 
DAY 10- abs and calves morning

Then 6:00 to 7:00 cycling class

Taking 2 caps. Can believe I am down to a few more day..looking good and feeling strong..even doing cardio..lol

Taking 2 caps. Burnt out delt with alot volume. Delts heads more visible and fuller looking. All over I am stronger and reps seem easier. Recovery is high and keep hitting hard.

DAY 13 -ABS and CLAVES

Taking 2 caps. One more day and done with Follidrex. Made solid improvements. Abs showing more now too and calves have added mass and shape.
 
DAY 14- ARMS

Wide bar curls- 10,20,30- 3 sets 10-20 reps
Stand alt curls 40,45,50- 3 sets 10 reps
Concentration curls- 40 then 20- - 3 sets 10 reps

Taking 2 caps. Arm workout was great ...got into zone and pump has been strong theses days. Endurance spike still there and rest b/t set faster=faster workouts. All over I am looking fuller and increased weight by 5 lbs. Most of gain is lean
 
Final Review

Again thanks to NutraPlanet and corbin@nutra for giving me the bottle of Follidrex to log. I was in the 200+ class of logger, so I took 2 caps daily.
I ran this solo with only a pre-workout and post shake.

Log was run for 15 day. Just enough to go into the sweet zone. But if you run this get 2 bottle for the full month and the affect should be more than my log affect.

Here is what I think of it:

Kick in was about 4 day. I first felt a good state of energy. This was not like stim energy it was more natural like. After the 1 week mark I saw a high skip in endurance. It was easier to get my reps in and weight was easier so I keep going 10-30lb heavier on lifts. Pump was also on the max side and enjoyed that alot.

Recovery was also up and soreness was very minimal and the end of the week I did not feel tired at all.

There was not change in appetite or sleep.

This really allows you to hit harder and bounce back. This all equals good and solid gains. I was up 5lbs total. However don't expect this to give you gains like a PH/DS. This is natty stuff and a great natty test like booster. I would recommend everybody to try this out.
