1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Dash or 10g of Honey (helps thicken)
1/4 Cup Sugar or Splenda
2 TBSP White Wine Vinegar
1 TBSP or few dash Soy Sauce
Mash 1-2 Cloves of Garlic
1 tablespoon orange zest ( i like to add a bit more or chop up an orange peel to give it good texture)
1 teaspoon Sriracha/Hot Sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Love double wide tho. They have some really unique stuff and my sis is vegetarian so there's great stuff for her too. And it's a fun joint

I'm gonna have to start a list of all these places to try... I hate going into the city so I just never end up going anywhere. My mom was telling me about this newer meatball place that sounds awesome. Rooftop beergarden on the top, meatball (every kind you can imagine) and various meatball esque dishes (sliders and such) of every kind.

Those Churrassico's or whatever they're called are amazing. There's one closer to me called Green Forest... I had a groupon one time I bought for like $20. I sat there by myself and ate every type of steak and meat they could bring me for 2.5hrs straight. It was one of the best nights of my life.

This was unreal, and as a former fatty I used to love McDonald's McGriddles. Well tonight I created McGriddle's using protein pancakes and ohemgee.

Cellucor Cor-Whey Taylor Ham, Spinach, Egg White and Cheese "McGriddles"

For the four pancakes:

20g Vanilla Cor-Whey
30g Complete Pancake Mix
4g SF/FF Pudding Mix
1/4 TSP Baking Powder

A Lil bit more than 1/8 cup water
10g Greek Yogurt
1 Egg White

Make pancakes....

Then the inside is 4 egg whites, 2 slices lean Canadian bacon, 1 slice fat free sharp cheddar cheese and 130g spinach (not all on the squich mind you) and some Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce

Total Macros: 415 Cals | 3F | 40C (8F) | 50P

Put it in the toaster oven for a nice toasty crunch as well... my god

What flavors do you have? Cellucor S'mores is one of my favorites. Those little bites of marshmallow and graham are so good.
 
CCCD, Smores, Vanilla are opened and an unopened PB Marshmallow. Could go with chocolate or SD Select too

Pb marshmallow would prob be awesome since it's already sweet and salty. For extra sweet tho s'mores or vanilla are prob your best bet. Haven't tried cccd but it's one of my fav types of flavors of anything. Cellucor? And how is it?

S'mores muffins and corfetti cake are my fav's right now as far as baked items.

Flavor wise:
1) SD select
2) S'mores Cor Whey
3) Corfetti Cor Whey
4) CnC select or phase 8
5) Strawberry Cheesecake Oxelite Protien

I like the PB marshamallow but unless its in milk its just not strong enough for my taste. When baking it can be almost tasteless unless you add pb2 or something or make very dense stuff.

Nope. I haven't tried amento or cista yet just due to my own lack of research on them and where they would fit. Bluntly I dont know jack about them.

Finally feel like a normal person when I wake up. Been having pretty low calories still this week but I seem to be recovering better and generally feeling better. Body comp is pretty consistent. I need to carb up tho. Tomorrow is my firends son's 2nd bday so I may just go for that and eat some misc cookies and whatever other foods they have there. Really enjoy the day.

The following weekend I have a wedding to go to but it looks like I wont be drinking there since I have to drive home so NBD.

Then its beer olympic weekend, followed by vacation weekend, then BULKING TIIIIMMMMMMEEEE.

Seriously cannot wait to try out ABE. I've heard so much good. Prob gonna run ABE+X Factor (with the regular supporting stuff like RK/LCLT/etc)+ Alphamax for 8 weeks.
 
Refeed day yesterday was wonderful. Had some "fun" foods at my friends sons bday party. A little froyo as well.

Not sure what exactly it was but I bloated up like a mofo overnight. Not looks wise so much but man was my skin sore. Total carbs were 400 so nothing different there as opposed to my other refeeds but I feel like I drank a lot more water so maybe I just had some spillover that did it.
 
Water does not spill over. Carbs do.
I think your starting to learn how carb sensative you are from your refeeds and cheats you had. You hold like a mofo.

Ya that's a fact. It's funny though this particular refeed was no different then the ones I did prior to vacation and the result was so much different. It's like my insulin sensitivity went out the window over that one week.
 
One week wont jack it up , your fine especially since your getting back into your diet.
prob helped your metabolism by spiking it up a bit from all the food.

Swol and I were talking through PMs and he brought up a good point about the tta-500 I've been taking in that it's known to bloat you.

Being keto since I started taking it is be willing to bet that's the culprit right there.
 
TTA and Yohimbine can hold water, hence why people drop Yohimbine like a week prior to a show.

For sure. I dropped Y the week before vacation and it seemed to make a little difference. I talked to Swol and he said even dropping the TTA from 1g to .5g made a noticable difference in water retention
 
Last few days have been playing around with my diet a bit... Trying out a homemade version of the Apex Predator diet. Basically: 3-5 shakes through the day, gym, lbs of meat in the evening.

The way I've been doing it has been 3 shakes through the day (9a/11:30a/2p), 2 srv of Oximega greens, Gym around 3:45/4p, PWO shake around 5, Meat fest (1-1.5lb of pork country ribs and chicken) + veggies around 6:30/7p, Smoothie+PB+cheese pre bed around 9:30/10p.

I thought that would be an issue as well as I'm starving all the time but when I did the PSMF the week before vacation I was doing shakes and a ton of water every day and I was never hungry so I just carried it over. Select makes a nice thick shake too even with 30oz of water so that helps. I prob drink 1.5-2gal in my 8-9hrs at work so that alone keeps me full enough.

The giant meat meal in the evening is like heaven.

eat food.. shakes are just a replacement for whole food. does eating that much chicken/beef/turkey upset your stomach? Considering whey is very highly processed i am surprised that may not rip your stomach, as long as your meeting kcals if its protein powder or food wont really make a difference.

i know you have jumped around from an IF diet (lesser meals), more bro diet, then did the keto, and now doing this with the shakes etc... what is your plan? To continue trying different things every 3-4 weeks or so?
