my bros.... check this out This was unreal, and as a former fatty I used to love McDonald's McGriddles. Well tonight I created McGriddle's using protein pancakes and ohemgee. Cellucor Cor-Whey Taylor Ham, Spinach, Egg White and Cheese "McGriddles" For the four pancakes: 20g Vanilla Cor-Whey 30g Complete Pancake Mix 4g SF/FF Pudding Mix 1/4 TSP Baking Powder A Lil bit more than 1/8 cup water 10g Greek Yogurt 1 Egg White Make pancakes.... Then the inside is 4 egg whites, 2 slices lean Canadian bacon, 1 slice fat free sharp cheddar cheese and 130g spinach (not all on the squich mind you) and some Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce Total Macros: 415 Cals | 3F | 40C (8F) | 50P Put it in the toaster oven for a nice toasty crunch as well... my god

What flavors do you have? Cellucor S'mores is one of my favorites. Those little bites of marshmallow and graham are so good.
CCCD, Smores, Vanilla are opened and an unopened PB Marshmallow. Could go with chocolate or SD Select too
Pb marshmallow would prob be awesome since it's already sweet and salty. For extra sweet tho s'mores or vanilla are prob your best bet. Haven't tried cccd but it's one of my fav types of flavors of anything. Cellucor? And how is it?

Water does not spill over. Carbs do. I think your starting to learn how carb sensative you are from your refeeds and cheats you had. You hold like a mofo.
One week wont jack it up , your fine especially since your getting back into your diet. prob helped your metabolism by spiking it up a bit from all the food.

Last few days have been playing around with my diet a bit... Trying out a homemade version of the Apex Predator diet. Basically: 3-5 shakes through the day, gym, lbs of meat in the evening.
The way I've been doing it has been 3 shakes through the day (9a/11:30a/2p), 2 srv of Oximega greens, Gym around 3:45/4p, PWO shake around 5, Meat fest (1-1.5lb of pork country ribs and chicken) + veggies around 6:30/7p, Smoothie+PB+cheese pre bed around 9:30/10p.
Idk how you do it lol shakes don't fill me at all
What's the caloric breakdown boone? Curious.....
Slowly building up. During the day it's only 330kcal from select protein shakes
Dinner has been about 7-800kcal and building
Pre Bed is usually 400-500kcal or so
Total daily has been slowly creeping up from about 1400 until about 1700 yesterday. I'm planning on hitting 1800 and holding for a few days then bumping 100 a week from there as a reverse diet.
