Bustin Through Plateaus with BPS Combustion and AdrenoSurg

The better sleep is def my favorite effect of AdrenoSurge. I made the mistake of taking a full scoop of StimaHOLIC the other day.....definitely can see that AdrenoSurge helped with stim tolerance! 1/2 scoop from now on!

damn, 1 full scoop of stimaholic had me going good even without adrenosurge, and i weigh over 200lbs!!!
 
OK! Sister's visit was great. I live in a slightly rural area of southern Florida so it's hard to take people all over and show them stuff.

Today I'm back to the gym. I'm going to look into a solid back workout as I haven't done back in quite some time.

I have some bad news though, I ran out of AdrensoSurge early! Actually that good news because my husband likes to take it at night and it has been helping him sleep a lot better. I'm going to purchase a bottle just for him to help him out as we shared this one and he didn't take them until halfway through the log. Combustion is still working great. He is also using that one (we have noticed a trend here). Although some water weight came back, I'm still floating around 121-120lbs so Combustion has helped pushed me past the 123-124 block I was in.

Intermittent fasting is going ok as well. I hate the idea of waiting on breakfast, I'm one of the few that enjoys eggs and bacon first thing in the morning but I'm getting used to it. I really enjoy eating a huge dinner as I sucked down 8oz of short rib steak, 2 1/2 cups of veggies and some quinoa and rice last night.

Will post later today how the workout goes!

Yes, indeed! I'm glad the hubby was able to get some good rest from the AdrenoSurge. Has he mentioned anything from the Combustion?

He noticed it helped curb his appetite but didn't really get all sweaty like others reported. He's a bit different on fat burners, he doesn't notice most of the effects of it, but loves the appetite suppression!

i really didn't notice the increased sweat effect until around 2 weeks of continuous use...
 
Did a great back workout today. Felt great:

Workout

Superset: 5 sets
Weighted pull down until failure
1 arm dumbbell rows 30 reps

Circuit: 5 sets
V-Bar pull downs 8 reps
chin up 8 reps
Wide grip pull downs 8 reps
V-Bar pull downs 8 reps
chin up 8 reps
Wide grip pull downs 8 reps

Superset: 3 sets
Seated Row 20 reps
T-bar row 15 reps

Core: 4 sets
Back extension machine 40 reps
crunch machine weighted 20 reps

Took me 2 hours to complete the whole workout. No cardio today, the circuit in the middle of the workout was enough cardio in my book.

Diet for the day

Meal 1 (pre-workout): 6oz ground turkey, 2 Ezeikel tortillas, 4oz short rib steak, tomato and basil pasta sauce on the turkey
615 calories
Meal 2 (post-workout): 1 scoop Oxyelite Protein cookies and cream with 1 scoop RCSS Glutamine mixed in water
140 calories
Meal 3: 4 boiled egg whites, 2 whole boiled eggs
208 calories
Meal 4: 6oz chicken tenderloins, 1/2 cup mixed quinoa, wild rice and brown rice, 1 1/2 cup organic mixed frozen veggies, 2 tbsp. salsa
350 calories
Meal 5: 3 tbsp. natural peanut butter and 1 serving of veggie straw chips
400 calories


Morning weight was 122.6.....going and staying below 120 is proving to be difficult at best.....

Food sounds great, and I'm sure that 2.6 will be gone in a few days.

Hey guys! not sure if anyone is still following! even though I'm done on the Combustion and Adrenosurge I thought I'd keep this going as many of you were really interactive in here! Here was my leg workout yesterday!!

High - Low rep Squats
20, 5, 20, 5, 20, 5, 20, 5, 20, 5,

Superset: 5 sets total
Dumb bell lunges 12 reps
Leg extensions 20 reps

High - low Stiff Legs
20, 8, 20, 8, 20, 8, 20, 8,

Hamstring curls 5 sets
20 reps

On my last set some very nice old people in the gym struck up a conversation with me lol. next time I'll finish with some abs as well

Been in Epiburn Pro now from USPLabs and as a nice stimulant replacement it's going well. I bit more stim than the combustion, but I am stacking with DCP 2.0 from BPS which I think is a great combo so far.

Never tried epiburn, but you cannot go wrong with DCP 2.0 for sure.

old people will get you everytime, lol....can't go wrong with dcp 2.0, imo
 
Workouts looking great! How's the DCP 2.0 going so far?

So far so good! Taking it three times a day. My calories are set for 0.5lbs per week loss so it's nice and slow and allows me to build some muscle while at it. Just took my second serving at 6 and will do another before bed with the L carnitine
