Hey guys! not sure if anyone is still following! even though I'm done on the Combustion and Adrenosurge I thought I'd keep this going as many of you were really interactive in here! Here was my leg workout yesterday!!
High - Low rep Squats
20, 5, 20, 5, 20, 5, 20, 5, 20, 5,
Superset: 5 sets total
Dumb bell lunges 12 reps
Leg extensions 20 reps
High - low Stiff Legs
20, 8, 20, 8, 20, 8, 20, 8,
Hamstring curls 5 sets
20 reps
On my last set some very nice old people in the gym struck up a conversation with me lol. next time I'll finish with some abs as well
Been in Epiburn Pro now from USPLabs and as a nice stimulant replacement it's going well. I bit more stim than the combustion, but I am stacking with DCP 2.0 from BPS which I think is a great combo so far.
