1 cap Arimicare with 3 caps Cycle assist with breakfast, 2 Arimicare caps with lunch, one arimicare and 3 caps cycle assist with supper. If you prefer more TUDCA (I have read up to 1250 mg sees increased liver benefits) I throw in another cap pre workout.

Hey guys, cycle is going great. I'll have an update either tomorrow or the next day. I did have another question.

Cycle is going great and I definitely want to keep these gains as much as possible after I'm done. I was thinking about purchasing another order on Nutri-Verse and wanted to hear what Olympus Lab products would help me keep these gains during my PCT? Also, I was thinking about bridging into something but didn't know what. If I decide to run another cycle, what would you guys recommend to continue these nice lean gains I've had with this cycle so far?
 
dermastrength, sup3r pct, low dose ostar1ne, and ep1c if you want a grand pct, otherwise either ep1c , ds, or osta would help

Yeah I don't really want to go for the who lot. I already have sup3r pct. If I were to buy just one, which one would you pick and how would you dose it? What would you recommend bridging into if I did decide to do that? Also, I've been using transFORM during my cycle and feel like it's getting low. Do most people run transFORM during their pct?

some do, yes. I would try to run DermaStrength with sup3r pct. Afterwards on your natty run you could continue using EP1C + Dermastrength for 8+ weeks till you were ready to go in to your next ph cycle.

So how would this be laid out after my current cycle? What could I expect form DermaStrength and Ep1c? No Osta? I haven't really seen what many PCT that include DermaStrength, Ep1c or Osta so I'm still looking into it. I'm starting 4 week of my cycle tomorrow so I have 3 full weeks left and would like to start looking at ordering something to run along with my PCT.

PCT wise i would run Sup3r PCT + daa + serm with either ep1c or DS , once pct is over I'd bridge in to a DermaStrength + low dose of osta, ep1c stack and run this for 8+ weeks in to your next cycle.

Today is the 1st day of Week 4. After 3 full weeks on this stack, everything is going great!

- I started at about 178lbs and now at 189lbs. All seems to be pretty lean with my "mostly" clean diet.
- Strength has shot up in almost every workout.
- Feel fuller and more vascular throughout the day.

Sides:
- No sides besides some back pumps which I've handled with more taurine.

I still have 3 full weeks of this cycle so I'm going to be pushing my hardest to continue gaining! MUST.... EAT...... MORE...

I haven't decided what I'm going to do with my PCT yet. Not sure if I'm going to just do a normal Serm+Sup3r Pct+daa or add Ep1c or DermaStrength and bridge into something.... OL has helped a lot, which I definitely appreciate, but if anyone else has any comment or experience with something they've done after cycle, let me know...

For full recovery go dermastrength osta can be suppressive
 
Serm+Sup3r PCT+daa+DermaStrength?

How would this PCT look laid out?

Serm week 1-4, daa week 1-6 dermastrengrh starting day one for as long as you can afford it super pct starting week 3 overlapping your serm as you are tapering down your dosage

Is daa really required with Sup3r PCT? I've been taking 2 pumps a day of my transFORM so I think I'll probably have to buy another bottle of that for my PCT. Just trying to figure out what all I need to purchase and how much and how long I need to run everything...

Isn't super pct the same as the old erase ? Let me double check what it is when I get to work
 

Hey brother just checked on super PCT it is a good complex that has a solid AI, I dont see a need to run both a forma product and super PCT together as far as the DAA goes you could add it as it is not in the complex already.

Ok, I've just seen people taper down an AI to avoid a rebound. Just wanted to be on the safe side. But if you think I could get away without it, I can probably skip it. What DAA would you recommend? Also, do you have a layout on how I would run this every week?

I prefer to taper down for the same reason but two AI's is not needed. estrogin is a vital hormone in the body so suppriessing it too much can hinder recovery.
Just get a bulk DAA and run it at three grams for the duration
As far as the dosing I will let you look up the ideal amounts recomended for PCT ;) I cant hold your hand all the way, LOL!
I will be more than happy to critique what you are thinking about doing though

So I'm in the middle of week 4. Clocked in at 195lbs today!!! I had a pretty good workout session today, took me a while to get into the groove. My sleep has been off and I can't seem to fix it. Also, my joints are KILLING me!! I'll take some extra fish oils and maybe glucosamine. We'll see how that goes.

If it was me I'd run sup3r PCT from week 1 of PCT as it helps Liver aswell and cortisol. 4/4/3/3/2/1 - this still takes you two weeks past the SERM
 
Update:

End of week 4.

Weighed in at a steady 193 today (up about 15lbs). I'm starting to feel EXTREMELY TIRED!!! I didn't have much motivation in the gym lately but somehow my strength continues to go up. I my upper power workout today and hit PRs in bench and dumbbell shoulder press. Joints are killing me. My sleep is very crappy lately. But hey! I'm on steroids and my strength and weight continues to increase, so F it.... I'm going to the end!

Wish me luck on these last two weeks! I really gotta figure out something for my sleeping though....
 
Bump. Anyone have any recommendations for sleepings aids? I've looked into melatonin but I've heard that once you start taking it, your body stops making it. I've also read pretty good reviews about Lights Out by Iforce...
 
It's expensive but for sleep ZTEST at gnc is some really good shiz, highly recommended. "Theanine serene" at the vitamin shoppe would be a cheaper alternative. I have tried both and both work great.

GABA is cheap as dirt and has always made me sleep like a baby, I've never used it on cycle however.

I've used the ztest on epi/ tren. Slept great and always had killer morning wood. Theanine serene only off cycle. Should work the same on sleep though, but without the wood effect.
 
Most any good GH product will help you sleep. Other than the sleep sides it sounds like you are having one hell of a good run on this.
 
I'm having a GREAT run! Don't want the gains to stop! Hopefully I can keep them going with Ep1c and DermaStrength.
Maybe not as fast but I am sure they will keep coming with those in your PCT.

That's the plan. Not sure if it's the workout plan or a combination of my routine and Epi but I put some serious stress on my joints haha. I'm currently using a modified version of PHAT and loved it. But feels like I need to cycle off of it.
 
For sleep aid I would look into G8 by finaflex or resurrect pm by ronnie coleman signature line.

Both work well;)

Yeah, and that is part of the problem running a strength oriented cycle when the program is over it is hard to figure out what to do next. Your joints and tendons need to rest but you don't want to start lifting light weights or increasing the volume by much when androgens are low. You might find going with a slow cadence reps in the same program might treat you really well. So in your situation I might choose to stick with PHAT but change the tempo to like 4-0-x-0 so you are doing 4 second negatives but being explosive on the concentric contraction. Will increase time under tension without being a huge increase on volume and the weights will be lighter but not ridiculously so.

Perfect. I appreciate the help man. I'll try it out. Plus I like the program and think it'll transition well into a derma strength and epic run. Maybe a bridge into a dmz or stenabol/tr3st cycle. Ooops.... :wink1:

Yep, cycling is not physically addictive but emotionally and physique wise ABSOLUTELY it is. LOL
 
I started .25 mg/E2D caber on my epi cycle and that seemed to help me sleep better.

My joints dried out bad too, and animal flex vitamib pack helped a ton. Kicked in in 2days. Definetly running that through the next cycle

Yeah I dropped down the transFORM from 2 pumps a day to 1.5 pumps a day and that seemed to help my joints a little bit. I'm waiting on my Lights Out sleeping aid to see if that helps.

I wish I would have done some before and after pics. Strength is still increasing however I'm out of town for work this week and have to resort to the machines in the hotel gym to get a work out so I won't really be able to push it hard this week. I'll probably try to go and find an actual to go to tomorrow as I really want to bench.

I received my Ep1c and DermaStrength in the mail today so I have it ready to run with my PCT starting next Monday. I'll run that out until it's done so about 8 weeks and might look towards a DMZ/Tr3st cycle at that time. I haven't decided yet.

Looks like a successful cycle, I'm always ready for mine to end whenever I go past 5 weeks. What are you planning for your next cycle? I think I may try tr3st and epistane myself, maybe the aromatising properties of one would work well with the anti estrogenic affects of the other. With the tr3st and DMZ I have had to go pretty heavy on the AI's which I don't really like because it makes my feel like sh*t. Not sure what the actual gains are with tr3st though, I really didn't see much beyond aggression and increased strength till the DMZ kicked in on about day 10.
