Thinking about starting my first PH cycle soon and I was hoping for some feedback. Obviously I'm a newbie and got a lot to learn but I'm been doing a lot of research to make this as safe as possible.
im 29 181lbs @15% BF. I would like to gain some muscle while dropping to at least 12-13 BF
Im planning on doing a 4 week cycle.
Tren attack or celtic labs 30/60/90/90
blockade cycle support or n2guard
multi v
fish oil
creatine
protein
taurine
pct
nolva 40/20/20/20
pct 3x by vital labs
n2guard
test powder
Is this a good plan? you guys have any suggestions? I'm looking to do a recomp. should i eat at maintenance?
i know ill probably get flamed for this but is a SERM an absolute must on such a short cycle?
Im also taking minocycline (antibiotic) daily for acne and mirtazapine to help me sleep. is it safe to take on cycle?
