I am, when it comes 2 the ladies its really easy just to talk and hang with them, not so much on the other end due to my own faults.

Honestly stabilizers man, I been rehabing the crap outta them since I first tweaked it front squatting and the progress comes every 2 weeks. I am either really lucky or finally growing a bit either way, im running with it

Haha, I'm betting he hasn't lost much weight on the scale, I know I haven't lost a lot and I'm WAY leaner

I actually hit 220 last Monday and holding steady ATM cut my cardio back to 2 days a week not counting recreational stuff. Be honest I still have 19in arms measured today by my boss. Looks like I'm keeping size, strength, and leaning out greatly. Honestly don't mind saying I've never looked this way with this much positive impact from my workouts and diet combo. Easily a go to for my own future reference. I doubt I'm 13% anymore

I think even 200 would freak me out and I would look sickly lol. Think I will stay at 220-225 for a month and gauge where I'm at. 5lbs seems like good leeway... I think

2mile Run outside that was amazing, ok so I honestly hate cardio and miles.....like more than one just piss me off but I was well into the 2nd before I even realized it. Had alot on my mind and Folli def. has boosted my endurance to the heights of not being able to feel fatigue in any form minus these nonexistent arches.

I feel like all I do is row sometimes, but they are much more if the focus lately. Hang gliding would be quite the feat

Not sure if this has been asked yet but will ask out of curiosity. TheMovement...have you ever used steroids, SARMS, SERMS, or anything In the drug realm?

None to date and not looking to for awhile. My knowledge base, funds, and time commitment just wouldn't allow me to take advantage using them. I do wonder sometimes...

well there's a lot but some of my favorites for lower lats are close grip pulldowns and low close grip cable rows

I just wish my angles were better for these movements. My arms are bent before even getting started so the stretch is absent unless I have DBs. Working in new equipment for our gym though.

have u ever tried taking any potassium nitrate with ur pre workout? Stuff works fantastically well

Haven't tried it yet but have seen some folks talking about it. Hemavol was a fail for me on several occasions

i got some of the iforce caps. I started with 2, then 3, then 4. At 4 they are amazing. My strength was instantly jacked up. Haven't tried hemavol

I dont use it every day and don't always use 4, I've had this bottle for over two months and have a decent amount left. I notice when I use 2 or 3, just really notice it at 4.

I love PN. I can only take 2 because anything over gets me light headed on my lifts. But it is pretty great stuff.

I have begun maintenance mode but still am working to get my Bf down. I'm at 223 today and will continue with Folli through this 3rd bottle. Honestly ready to really kick things up a notch soon

How long have you used it, how's its effects after 4+ hours after the gym?
 
I've used it for about a year and stopped when I was running my FD logs to make sure it was without variable. For a pump product, I don't think there is anything that can touch it. There is increased endurance, but nothing like FD. Where it shines is in full ego mode. Veins everywhere and just looking like you left the gym 10 minutes ago all day long.

I feel that combining the composition improvement,endurance, and strength aspects of FD and the straight out vascularity and endurance assistance from PN is a nice thing.

The thing is, FD makes you literally look different and just "full" all the time. Even if you weigh the same, you look 5-10lbs bigger. PN is just pump. There is a difference between a pumped look and looking bigger.
