Anabeta 6 caps vs ABE 4 caps

I'm interested first and for most in strength gains, secondary muscle retention and lastly loosing bf. So which would be better 6 caps a day of Anabeta for 8 weeks or 4 caps a day of ABE for 8 weeks? And would 4 weeks of either even be worth it or do u need the 8 for full effects?
 
I'd definitely swing for AnaBeta Elite over upping the dose on AnaBeta. The added ingredients in Elite are pretty beneficial for performance improvements and body composition improvements.

4 weeks is time for an effective run, but running it over 8 weeks is definitely preferred.

So for just being interested in strength mostly ud say ABE over upped dose of OG?
 
I love both but ABE is a different animal IMO. I saw better body comp changes with ABE at 8 weeks than AB at 8.

I'd definitely recommend 8 weeks as well. I'm gonna try 12 weeks my next run and throw in EP1C and King for all 12 and XGels for the first 6. Natty stack of the gods.

AnaBeta Elite for 8 weeks should give you what you are looking for and some.
 
old anabeta elite is awesome for that dry look, plus the fat loss effects and fullness from forskolin and anacyclus.

the new elite, improved skin tone, fullness, hunger.... ridiclous hunger. and really good endurance, along with fat loss. it will make you miserable if you exceed the recommended 4 caps, for 6-9 if your macros are on poverty, but if you can manage to not go over them while using it will be worth using. fat loss and strength retention, along with improved mood, protein synthesis rates will come your way while on.
