Good Ole Honest Abe's DMZ Cycle

Are they? I have been posting each days log the day after, if that is what you are talking about, that way I know what I have eaten. Either way, thanks man I seem to be running a bit slower these last few days, possibly too many late nights. Thinking about switching my routine into a 3 days a week system, for a little bit of a shock and more recovery. Got about 2 more weeks of this cycle and about to drop the DMZ and up the M1t, did enjoy the DMZ so it is kind of sad to see it go.

Kind of a slowish day and the morning session wasn't the greatest but my head wasn't on straight, need to make sure I get tons of sleep this weekend and hit the gym harder next week.

10x10 hamstring curls
5x10 curls
5x21 curls

10x10 wrist curls

Got some well deserved rest this weekend,going to dial back the workouts this week and possibly the next as well a bit before hitting up 5 times a week again. Checked my weight and at 183.6lbs

Ha thanks :) Last week was the last of dmz but now still on m1t for 2 more weeks at 15mg. Really pumped to get into pct to see how osta works, also selling off some stuff to save up for next cycle in winter

Yeah have yet to try so hearing all these good reviews about it has me pumped. I'm curious how long one could cruise on it? Like it is mildly suppressive and all but if one got bloods done each month and kept checking blood pressure
 
07.21 So today wasn't really a heavy day for deads but just felt like going ham on them which lead to a pr so pretty sweet, thinking that upping my dosage on m1t oxime might of been a key factor. Been doing some research and think I found a pretty reliable source of superdrol for my next cycle, probably order it sometime this month.

That's a great question but I have no idea.

I did mine for 6 weeks. And it was great.

Well obviously being in for too long would just cause your body to adapt, which would mean you'd have to up the dosage, so that might end up causing ill effects and diminishing returns. Though it is mildly suppressive so maybe could be low dosed between cycles?

Rest day. Been looking into more strength based programs to run after my current.

Back to the gym today. Tried for a pr today but couldn't muster it up as I wasn't far enough from the squat rack so I hooked the bar prematurely, kind of jolt me a bit but pyramid the weight down after that. Been messing around with the lat pull down machine a bit and found that my form was a bit off as I looked at a mirror so fixed that and can feel it more in the lats, also on the last rep I like to squeeze at the bottom for 10 seconds, feels good.

5x10 deadlifts
10x10 rows
10x10 lat pull downs

Rest day. Looked into my stash of supplements and found that I have a bunch of creatine mono and hcl so started up some mono today at 5g. Also have a bunch of samples from a lot of companies and like a half bottle of hit thermogenic, probably use sometime in September to aid in trimming up for vacation in October.

Yah I think that could happen with any hormone.

True, though not sure what would be all the issues with hyperactive test, possibly estrogen problems and such. Good point, wonder how long one could run 5mg-10mg. Either way got about another week of m1t, trying to figure if I should log my osta on this thread or make a new one seeing as many people say don't take it during pct, so it would show a good case.

Yeah I think I will just because. True enough I only plan on using 5mg so unless I'm super responsive to osta I think all will be good ha just suppressing the crap out of me randomly and puts on 20lbs lol. At the same time some people don't get anything from osta. I will put some money away for bloods and such so I can test that out.

Went into the gym today to find the hamstring machine broken so mixed up the workout a bit. Also later in the evening I had a mild pump in my lower back that lasted about 2-3 minutes.

5x10 db straight leg deadlifts (loved the pain I got in the abs from this)

Ate roughly 2,500 calories per day. Trying to figure out my maintenance as I want to cruise a lil bit above this for pct. Found out I gained about 2% bf, which was too be expected of how I was gaining weight.
 
Will post today's log later on in the evening but just wanted to say that I'm getting that alpha feeling for sure, I never really noticed it but it has been there for a while. When I was in the gym a lil bit ago I swore to god this guy was following me around doing the same exercises but heavier. This was probably paranoia but in the animal kingdom the alpha male competes with the other males for the role of king so it could be the m1t.

Lol yeah I mean I had some crazy strength gains as you did as well from what I see over at your log. Possibly if I had run the dmz higher I could of got better results or the m1t oxime, but decided to stack them. I defiantly want a good more amount of size but strength is a bigger issue on my mind

I hear ya. Hey man we just made months of progress in 4-6 weeks. Run a few more of these suckers and I think you'll see huge strength increase from where you started. I'm more concerned with my aesthetics right now. Strength will come with more muscle growth (theoretically).

True enough when you look at the big picture it does sound pretty good. It works both ways of course you focus on strength you get size and vice versa. I'm hoping to get that dense look/feel via strength

Thinking I popped a blood vessel in my eye today in the gym as my eye has been hurting. Besides that gym was pretty smooth today worked up a good sweat as usual as I keep my rest between sets short in the 30second range.

Checked out my eye more clearly today and apparently I have a pump right where my eye kid touches my eye, so that is probably what is bothering me so much haha.

Last day of cycle boys. Overall it was a pretty solid cycle and I didn't have really any bad sides. Went from 175 to 184, bf% went up by 2. I noticed a lot more strength with dmz than m1t oxime, but with m1t oxime I did feel more fuller muscle wise. Not sure if it was in my head but I notice my hair is slightly dryer than usual when I was running just the dmz. Will post up the pct thread later on for those to follow, as I will be running a small dose of osta from Olympus labs so thought I'd make it a separate entity from this thread.

Yeah, I think it is starting to kick in as my weight was a bit shaky, but that was probably the drop from bulk to maintenance. And thanks :wink1:
