Kickstart's EP1C log with Olympus Labs

I got my epi today from that promo, But it's only 30 150mg caps. And they are having me run it for 2 weeks.

I hope it treats you well. Idk what's going on but the these first two days taking it I've felt better than I have in a while despite extreme sub poisoning lol . I'm gonna follow your log for sure though!

I started yesterday, and had and overall good feeling! Just like feeling young, I'm 42. Also been on oral Lax for 4 weeks, just start dermaStrength a week ago. Strength has been going up a little on Lax, but today is chest day, gonna put it to the test with Ep1c!

good to hear! Very curious about the lax!
 
Yeah it's the oral version of dermaStr3ngth, I was on it from BSL, before switching to OL's dermaStr3ngth. So running both until the oral runs out. Hoping this makes a good bridge between cycles.

Sure will, today I do heavy bench, so will be interesting to see if my strength has increased from last week.
I'm with ya, I heavy bench tomorrow! Based on my Thursday lift I'm feeling like could put up a new 1RM
 
Kickstart, if you keep putting up PRs after pct with EP1C, you know this stuff is legit.
 
Kickstart , my bench session didn't improve, but it did last week and stayed the same this week. I'm in pct so strength has dropped from coming off cycle but starting to go back up. No new PR today though. Hope yours goes better!

Day 3 on EP1C:

Today is a rest day! Just chilling at work getting excited for my lift tomorrow. Anyways I took one EP1C pill in the morning and I'm gonna take one tonight. I feel a lot fuller again kind of like when I was on cycle!

My weight is 187.5 and I'm aiming for a solid 190! Hopefully 8 weeks of EP1C will get me there.

I'll be posting earlier tomorrow because I'm gonna get up at 6 to lift! It's a little different than my usual routine but we'll see how it is!

Love early morning train ing. Got up at 3:00 to train at 4:30 before my flight to Hawaii and loved it. Just the dedication is motivating

I agree! I lifted everyday at 5:30 for football , loved it! Just didn't like the program I was forced to do.
 
I agree, football programs are **** IME.

Yeah, they would have squats and bench on the same day along with power cleans. It was horrible. I would always workout on my own as well. So those days I would be lifting for 3 hours total. I was also around 4000 cals and still losing weight.

yes! I couldn't say it better myself lol. The program has no clear goal. It really upsets me!
 
Day 4 on EP1C :

Today I felt a lot more endurance than usual but with heavier weight! I felt slightly stronger in some areas I usually lack in as well. Overall I had a great strong work and a solid pump! Feeling great. Working open to close today but in feeling pumped?

Workout went as follows: chest/tri

Barbell flat bench: warmup at 135,185,225
Set 1: 255x5
Set 2: 275x1
Set 3: 285x1
Set 4: 225 til failure ( I got 11 reps which is pretty good for me after going for those other two sets ) endurance is deff climbing!

Barbell decline: warmup 135
Set 1: 205x5
Set 2: 225x1
Set 3: 245x1 ( New PR ) !
Set 4: 165x15 (burned reallllllllll good)

Reverse bench: warmup 135
Set 1: 165x8
Set 2: 185x8
Set 3: 225x6 ( had help for reps 7 and 8)

Skull crushers EZ bar: 5x95 for 5 sets ( killed the tris )

Triple dumbell flat bench : left:5x right:5x both:5x 70 pounds for 3 sets

Tricep extension machine: 8x150 then two more sets at 170

Chest buster ( holding 2 10lb weights together with palms and extending arms out) 3 sets of 8

Tricep burn outs with cable : 10x25 for 3 sets

Short and sweet! The EP1C feels like it's giving me more endurance this far! Muscles eel a bit fuller at times as well!

thanks man! One of the few natty sups I feel early in use! Not sure if that's common but I feel a lot more endurance!
 
Should I avoid taking most supps with calcium ? And what window after I ingest calcium should I wait if so?! I haven't been drinking a lot of milk lately and I'm cracking some Choco milk lol
 
Kickstart7, I felt today what your talking about, the fullness. I worked Back and Biceps, and am pumped all over! It feels similar to being on cycle when you get that feeling like your wearing a muscle suit, if you know what I mean!

Day 5 on EP1C:
Today is an off day! I'm on my way to the beach but never fear, I plan on working out with my regular routine and no drinking! Took one of my pills when I woke and feel great.

Interesting fact about myostatin inhibitors I read is that it can help with a better health of the heart by reducing cardio myocytes. I saw this on one reliable site and one that isn't the most reliable but still not terrible! Anyways I guess if it helps with the heart even a little it's just a bonus!

I'll be back at it again tomorrow ladies and gents!

You should be fine with one glass of wine brother. Just don't binge drink.
 
I'm no expert, but I think a couple glasses will be fine. It's not a regular practice so one night should be fine. I wouldn't drink a whole bottle, but a couple glasses shouldn't hurt.

a glass or two wouldnt affect you that much, plus red wine has its benefits ;)

Like the above said, just dont make it a regular practice but it shouldnt matter all that much!
