LOG: DBOLishing my goals with Ironflex Diabolix!

60mg is going to have you crushing Pr's!!!
Hopefully so. My cycle will be only 23 days though but it should be enough to see if it works or not - original dbol at 20mg/day for 3 weeks made a huge difference for me.

Training agenda will look like this before my meet:

Friday: squat speed work, bench speed work + bodybuilding for upper body

Monday: deadlift speed work, heavy bench + bodybuilding for upper body

Wednesday: squat speed work, bench speed work + bodybuilding for upper body

Saturday: meet

And on Monday after that meet I'll go back to my regular routine. Hoping to squat 440lbs for reps during this cycle and maybe even 465lbs in the end of this cycle/soon after it :)

On top of those I took some EAA's, carbs and 2 caps of Diabolix.. And my intraworkout drink has 180 grams of carbs so it may have something to do with pumps too ;)

Not so good session. Felt weak. It has been a rough day. Heard some bad news about my best friend but got some good news also - one close friend of mine is pregnant. And hell, I got promotion at work.
 
I'm sorry you're having a rough day! Hope things end up ok with your friend! :( Congratulations to you and your pregnant friend though! Two very positive things!!

This is not uncommon...I'm not talking blast/cruise either, I'm talking about never coming off blast. It's prob more common in powerlifting than bodybuilding, actually.

Not something I endorse, but it is what it is.

I'm out, I won't lift on Saturday. Hurt my knee yesterday, gonna see doctor tomorrow (hopefully). Hopefully my ligaments are fine...


My knee is wrapped now and I may need walking canes.

Even walking hurts like hell... I don't think it's anything serious but I highly doubt that it heals fast enough. If it does, I'll lift.

I've already paid for my hotel so I'll travel to that city anyway. If I can't compete, I'll just have some fun there with my friends.

I went to the doctor today and he said that it's just strained... I should be g2g pretty soon. Trained upper body today:

1. Paused bench press
3 sets of 5

2. DB flat bench
1 set to failure @ 80's

3A. DB front raises
3 sets of 15

3B. EZ-bar curl
3 sets of 15

3C. Cable pushdown with rope
3 sets of 15

4. DB side laterals
1 set to failure

5. Facepull
1 set to failure

Didn't feel good as I didn't eat as much carbs as I was supposed to eat.

I'll increase volume on bench press now.
