Haven't tried all of those so can't really answer. I did M1T a while ago, wasn't impressed at all but it might've been bunk or at least underdosed. Dbol was great for strength, DMZ and M-Sten are great too but M-Sten was a bit harsher for me.

If you can deal with the sides, or run a test base to combat most of them you will not see growth like that on anything else.
