LOG: DBOLishing my goals with Ironflex Diabolix!

Hello everyone,

Big shoutout to lukehayd, @bcazo, tyga tyga, McCrew530 and of course @IronFlex himself from giving me an opportunity to log their new product Diabolix. It's basically dianabol with hydrazone in the place of ketone, so it'll be interesting to see how it works. I've used dianabol and M1,4ADD in the past so I can do some comparison for sure.

Me:

Beginner powerlifter. I have three meets under my belt but I've never done full powerlifting meets due to injuries. I've always competed in 181lbs weight class but I'm trying to move into 198lbs weight class by the end of this year.

I have cycles under my belt.

Diet and goals:

To get as strong as possible and to gain some lean mass. Diet will be geared towards lean bulk. Carbs are HIGH - 750ish grams of carbs on training days is all you need to know. My body handles carbs well so I don't put on weight too fast.

Cycle:

I'll fly to Italy 15th of August so that'll be the last day on Diabolix. Cycle will look like this:

- Diabolix 30mg/day days 1-9, 45mg/day days 10-33
- Test cyp at 200mg/week (I'm on test almost year round)
- TR3ST 50mg preworkout only before heaviest sessions
- Right now I'm using ELIM1NATE (Arimistane) and 6-bromo as on-cycle AI's but I'll switch to TransFORM when it gets here. I'll play around with dosages in order to find the sweet spot for AI's.

Starting point:

- Squat 4x420lbs Invalid Link Removed
- Bench press 1x265lbs (still trying to get my strength back after taking 6 months off from upper body training because of injury)
- Deadlift 2x510lbs without belt, Invalid Link Removed

Let's get this started! I'm 12 days out of my meet so last 2 weeks be not that intense. Next training session is on Wednesday - upper body max effort + deadlift speed work.

Solid lifts esp for a 181 man
Thanks. I still have more in me - started DL'in 15 months ago after suffering back injury and I didn't do back squats until December so I'm still a beginner with them ;)

Now I feel that I won't make it to 181lbs weight class on my next meet but we'll see. I'll lift in 198lbs class if I have to.

I promise I'll post more nudes during this log... Belfie is 6 months old and my squat has gone up by, like, 100lbs since then so my ass should look better now ;)

By the way, I just accidentally popped 3rd cap of Diabolix so looks like 45mg/day will be the starting dose for this cycle...

...in the name of science.

Me too. I though I could run it a bit higher and only for 4 weeks like many guys do with normal dianabol so I have a few days to drop extra bloat before my vacation :)
 
Just signed up for push/pull nationals. I'll do only pull there and I signed up for 198lbs weight class. Time to start eating again!

Opener will be 465lbs, 2nd will be 520lbs which would be record of that organization. Closer - dunno yet.

What style training are you following? Westside,cube,wendlers, your own concoction?
Westside, more geared towards raw lifting.

I worked with a coach previously and will start working with him again when I get bored with Westside.

Meet prep phase is totally different though. I used this same method for my meet prep last March and it worked perfectly. Pulled 505lbs @ 173lbs then and it was friggin' easy, slightly missed 530 then.

Yeah.. Started dropping weight from 188.5lbs, I was aiming for 181lbs but started throwing up few days before meet and ended up at 173lbs, lol... Here is a vid from that meet:

Looked like a strong pull there.
 
If anyone doesn't have anything against it, I may up it to 60mg/day today. I like being a guinea pig... and I'm 10 days out so... :)

Chest didn't feel fully recovered yet so I didn't go up to heavy singles. Still a pretty good session - even though back pumps made deadlifts painful. I think it's because I was stupid and took full scoop of CONQU3R and three caps of Thunderbolt preworkout, lol.
