I think the only thing u need to worry about with carbs is the Glycemic load. If 2 foods are around the same I doubt it would make a difference..
 
This. No one eats just carbs alone. Once pro/fats are introduced the GI goes out the window.

Totally. I mean it's not that the science is useless, there are situations... Going hypo overnight, endurance athletes, etc. but it just doesn't really apply to the average bber.

My rebound had been great! I ate whatever I wanted Saturday night, Sunday and Monday after my show then got back on my grind Tuesday. My rebound pushed my weight up 19.6lbs after my show O_o

Today, I'm only up 7lbs. So it all washed off! Plus, GVT is kicking my balls

You are going to pit on awesome size after your show. You body is just dying for a caloric surplus!

I just switched it to "aggressive" (which is 15% above maintenance) because of the program I am using. But, no I don't mind.

By the way for all of you saying Walden Farms BBQ sauce is good I am assuming you are all from up north. That stuff is NASTY! It tastes nothing like good BBQ sauce. I tried the original and the spicy and ended up tossing them out. I like the syrups and dessert toppings but that is all I have found to be good. I will stick with a mustard and hot sauce mixture that = YUM!

*Believe everything is in full effect. Nothing HUGE, but minor strength increases, vascularity through the roof (had veins in my tear drop shooting out like a mini spider web). Still taking six caps CNP cannibal alpha three times a day with meals and I'm actually still dosing the dermaSTRENGTH one pump in the am (didn't notice a difference when applying it pre workout). The CNP cannibal alpha has my libido pretty high as of now, facial hair is growing faster as well.

Perhaps, I think there is just a nasty taste to it for me. Personal preference more so than saying it isn't a good quality product. However I do expect something labeled as BBQ sauce to resemble BBQ sauce. As far as the comparison I agree but the difference is not so much different. This should be more like comparing Blue Bell No Sugar Added Vanilla and Bluebell Homeade Vanilla. It is the light version but should still taste somewhat like it. Bluebell No Sugar Added does not taste exactly like Homemade Vanilla but it is still a very good vanilla ice cream. WF BBQ does not even taste like BBQ sauce, good bad or otherwise. Biggest similarity between the two is the color. LOL Not knocking anyone for liking it, but the best adjective you used to describe it was edible. My dog eats out of the litter box, so i don't see just being edible as a positive. ;)

This CNP cannibal alphas got my erection strength harder than an anvil and Libidos higher than a plane flying solo, it's bananas.

*dermaSTRENGTH has my recovery heightened. Not nearly as sore as I SHOULD be. No reasonable strength gains yet, but the vascularity and recovery are on point and worth the 10 days thus far.

I'm curious to see your results after this. Not many have the balls to take IIFYM this far.

My pizzas are on low carb high fiber flax sheets, the proyo is just protein + 0% Fat free Greek yogurt, PB2 is fat free low carb.. I weigh (in grams) and track everything :)

Today will be an off day and my fats are going up to 90g cho 200g protein 200g because it's an rest day
 
Oh and that's turkey pepperoni, lean ham, fat free cheese and mushrooms on it (pizza)
