One hell of a Pre-Workout Stack(s)

Just got these yesterday. I can't wait to try Conqu3r and KNO3 together! Idk if I would want to stack hemoval with conqu3r...that would be so much agmatine and citrulline.

I have half a container of enhanced left so that with hemoval and KO3 would be my next combo.

potassium nitrate by itself is insane pumps...i've never added anything to it to enhance the pumps, let us know if they get even better
 
I just ordered that flavor of Hemavol, but put it in my stash. I am using Tangerine currently and then will go with cheery limeade. I cannot wait to open up that blueberry though.

let me know how it is, i haven't tried it yet....but hemavol is good in all the flavors i've had so far

not to derail this but i love potassium nitrate pumps....i find it better than other nitrate products in terms of quickness and strength of the pump in the muslce...i can really feel the muscles being filled, the nitrate product i'm on now i get a pump but really only feel it when i stretch the muscle

Nice YG! Thanks for chiming in. Hope I respond to it. This will be my first time using a potassium nitrate product.
 
4 caps of KO3 and one scoop Conqu3r. My workout lasted 2 hrs and 22 minutes. I went pretty heavy on everything and my recovery between sets were great.

I only tried Conqu3r sample in like an oz of water but this time I added it to 5oz or so of water and holy **** it tastes absolutely wonderful.
 
if i recall, potassium nitrate or nitrates should not be stacked with amp citrate, which can cause some kind of caustic reaction. was in a thread a while ago, with NO HYPE
 
i just ordered up some heamavol, kno3, and conquer myself. have not tried all 3 together pre-workout yet tho i don't think. i am on right now too, so feeling pumped quite a bit anyway. :)

is it conquer or conqu3r? totally different prodcuts....if it's conquer from iforce, it's a wonderful trifecta pre workout stack
 
update:

So for my last few workouts I've been continuing doing 4 caps of KNO3 and a serving of Conqu3r and I am pretty sure this is going to become more than a stable for me. Conqu3r has became my favorite pre-workout hands down no ands, ifs, or buts, about it. It costs a little more than some pre-workouts out there but it is worth every single penny.
 
Man, I believe that Iforce Potassium Nitrate is the real deal. I worked the triceps and chest yesterday followed by some HIIT and man, I didn't want to stop. I believe that it not only gives pump but actual increases endurance. I felt really, really good after my HIIT session.

I believe they banned him for being a "troll". I hope not though, nothing wrong with challenging people all the time even if he is always negative. The forums definitely can get a bit shilly at times

I found I cant do HIIT when I take KNO3 and Hemavol. My calves get such a pump it hurts.

your calves? my quads feel like i just squatted when doing HITT on hills when taking kno3...i don't usually get those types of pumps on agmatine type preworkouts
 
Blueberry Pomegranate is a great flavor. Tried to rank them, but I don't know if I can. I love Lemon Drop and Blueberry Pomegranate though, Tangy Tangerine is awesome as well, and I don't hate the Fruit punch even though I generally do hate fruit punch. Cherry Limeaid my wife took from me and she said its her favorite.
 
Good stuff in here. I throughly enjoyed conQuer myself. Very solid profile and no prop blend to boot.
