First thanks to Lukehayd and IronFlex for letting me try and log their product Diabolix.
A little about myself, I am 39 years old and have been training on and off since I was 15. I have really been the most consistent with my training the last couple of years and have made some good progress.
I am 6'1" and 245 pounds and want to do more of a recomp. Staying around maintenance which for me is around 2,700 calories. I plan on working out 4 days with weights and another 2 to 3 days conditioning work using Battle ropes, Sledge Hammer, jump rope and the sled.
I plan on using the Juggernaut workout system while I am running Diabolix. I have used 5/3/1 with a lot of success this past year and was looking for something a little different to fire up the motivation.
Other supplements I am using right now is a Cycle Support, Pre-workout, BCAA intra workout, creatine and whey protein.
I started taking just one cap 15mg since last Thursday. I plan on doing this the first 7 days and then increase to 2 caps a day and from there I will see how it goes and eventually go to 3 caps. I wanted to take it slow cause I have only ran one other cycle of Halodrol. I had some solid gains from that cycle and look forward to seeing how this treats me.
I will get some before pics up this week.
If anyone has suggestions on anything I could do better or different let me know. I am here to learn as much as possible.
