I'm also taking 1 scoop of Alphamine a day now. Doesn't really give an 'energy boost' thats noticable, but I dont get tired when I hit 3pm/4pm which is an added bonus. At 1 scoop a day I dont expect it to burn much fat, but will definitely help lean me out.
Formeron was pretty strong, probably too strong for natty lifters like myself, so will just take 1 pump every other day to stop the increase in e2 from Viron

A lot of negative things have been happening in my body the last 2-3 weeks and I think I've been messing around with too many supps. Going to drop nearly everything and regrow and see what I really need. Supp list will be as follows for 2 weeks Trutein 2-3 scoops a day Creatine Mono 5g Opti-Men Vitamins 3 caps ON Fish Oil 2 caps ON ZMA 3 caps BLR Follidrone (this can in no way affect libido except make blood flow better making it positive) The only thing I may reintroduce in 2 weeks is BLR Viron Think I'll let the gf keep alphamine all to herself, its just not worth adding in things to my supp stack that can have negative effects on my body, will just up my cardio daily instead

How is overall progress?
I train in the mornings also. My routine (right,wrong or indifferent) is:
430-Folli/pre
500-gym
630-post workout- 1-1.5 scoops protein depending on workout (maybe 2 on leg day) + 1/2 - 1 scoop carbo gain. I feel like having the carb powder post workout has helped me a lot.
730-breakfast-2 eggs + 1 cup oatmeal
900-930-1 scoop protein blend (something with casein & whey) + banana
1100-lunch
200-230- afternoon snack-varies
530-dinner-varies
830-1 scoop casein if needed depending on daily macros, this has only been 1-2 times a week on average
I think both of these could be argued. I like the dextrose post but I'm sure a lot like oats. Also, I like pure casein if I'm using it pre sleep since I'm not really looking for a fast digesting protein at that time. But there also, trutein is a good blend and should be good.I was thinking about adding a scoop of carbs post workout. Is instant oats sufficient? or would I have to get something like dextrose? Also, you have casein before bed, isn't blend better? I just have 3-4 big tubs of Trutein and take that 2-3 times a day, as I thought blend is pretty superior to Whey or Casein solo, I may be wrong

Agreed.My three comments are that I give you credit for laying out meal routines like you have and sticking with them. I did this for almost 20 years and it becomes second nature. Second, I think that you would benefit from taking the carbs post workout. Third, I have always rolled my eyes at the debate over whey, casein, blend, etc because I used to follow all the latest "studies" and almost everyone I trained with did as well, and it honestly never made any difference. We'd get our main source from food and the shakes were just fillers to add calories or protein. In the end, if there was a miniscule difference, no one noticed it.

No break is needed with Viron. It is recommended to run it in a mini weekly cycle as in a 4/3 or 5/2.

Little bit about myself. I've always been the ridiculously skinny kid which found/finds it impossible to put on weight easily. When I stopped growing I was 6ft 1 tall and 140lbs. Ive gymed here and there from 18-23 but never much, was always still skinny.
Summer of 2012 I decided to start gyming properly, although neglected working legs because I'm a tool. Finally in January 2014 I went to a compound heavy routine and started squatting and deadlifting, and have been loving the gym ever since.
Ive gone from 60kg to 77kg and kept my body fat around the same, progress photos below

Yeah, I'm one of those awful people that can bench more than they can squat. From Jan - May I was squatting 3 x a week so I'm trying to change that!
With this log, Which will start off as a 12 week cycle, Im looking to increase my weight to around 80-82kg, get my deadlift to 400, squat to 300 and bench to 265. May be optmistic but it will give me motivation to push forward.
Supplements will be:
PES select protein
Chaos & Pain PermaSwole (can't have stimulants so will have to go with a non stim pre workout)
BLR Follidrone
BLR Formeron
FinaFlex Mass 550
BLR Prolactrone (if needed)
ON Optimen (Will dose this as far away from Prolactrone as possible)
PNI EAA's (might change to Purple wraath or PES version - offer advise please)
Will probably stop Mass 550 after 12 weeks and try BLR Viron as heard great things about it.

Will probably squat on a Saturday aswell so I am squatting twice a week, as I really want my legs to grow, which they have been slowly but surely.
Compared to all you guys I know im tiny, but I'm not logging this to look like a monster, just a hardgainer that wants to be strong and look aesthetically pleasing.

That's an interesting cycle, but whatever works for you is how you should do it, IMO.
I love boron. Brundel was one of the only other people I knew that took it and it was at that moment I knew I had to represent for him. haha
Its funnt back in the day boron was a hot item. It just sort of fell out of fashion. I started looking at it when researching ways to increase dht and free test. Id tske 20mg with 10g creatine daily and it was amazing. Certainly stronger.

Hey ive been meaning to ask. Are you still down to test the caps? Let me know. I need to get them tested asap. 2 guys already on em. Gonna give em to 12-14 total and if it goes as planned we will make some changes.
It appears that lower doses of (-)-epi are poorly absorbed and that more, up to a point helps absorption. For some reason it also seems like above a point increasing dose becomes futile.
This is also evident when people increase Fd dose not much more happens if nothing more.
I think I have figured out how to increase absorptio enough that (-)- epi becomes a whole new beast.
