i don't know if you follow rafa closely, but the guy is very anal and rigid about how he places his water bottles during his matches..did you see when lukas rosol knocked over one of his bottles on the changeover? i mean, really? :thumbsdown:

and speaking of tennis - man, bad thing happened to me today
so i hammered the legs pretty ferociously yesterday, and the knee was acting up a lil bit this morning, cranky..
i figured it would loosen up as day went on, but it got worse if anything; still had a round robin match to play this day, and we end up playing for 3hrs - and it was pretty painful even tho i put a brace on it (first time i used that thing in a long while)..

so the knee is pretty swollen right now, in the process of icing it down as i type...total rest day tomorrow, so I'm hoping it will settle down and act right, but after such a long stretch of pain-free knees this is rather unsettling development (and worst part is, it's my damn good knee too!) :rant:

tis the times we live in....ladies and gentlemen should be excluded from websters.

btw-stan w and lopez had unfriendly words after their match, something that was unhead of in the past....and murray misbehaving with royals in the box, DAAYUM!!!!

yeah I actually was watching the wawrinka/lopez match...lopez was going off on him at the net, stan kept shrugging shoulders profusely like "what'd I do?"...was silly
murray - well you know how I feel already about that, god he was just pathetic tho..

I thought dmitrov was gonna pull off the upset over djoker for awhile this morning..(visions of OG fed vs. baby fed match dancing in my head lol), but to his credit djoker pulled thru..

dues, yes I agree - but the guy is 23, which is about the time tennis talent transcends and matures fully (in most cases)
we're not talking about a teenage kid here...hell even roger had to get kicked around a bit before he broke thru (but when he did boy was that a damn breakthrough LOL...)

Altuve is pretty damn good, and Springer looks like he could be.

My great aunt lives out in Lansing, so I was really harassing her after we won. She does the same to me when the Tigers are good though. (Which I have to admit is more often)

"Off day" today.

Woke up and walked for about thirty minutes to get some soreness out of the legs.

Ran through my routine a couple times as well as mandatory and quarter turns.

Lounging by the pool right now with the kids.

Another HIIT session tonight then back on the grind tomorrow.

Looking rock hard man. Might not have gained fifty lbs but what you did put on looks incredibly sustained already. Seeing as how you're already monstrous these next few five lbs of lean gains are gonna be the tipping point my brother.

If you staked say twelve lbs of quality mass on before next years shows (I realize that's a ton of weight) you will be exactly where you need to be IMO.

I think my legs made some fine progress, but I do see improvement everywhere..

I will do better on accrual once I stop focusing on maintaining leanness concurrently, no doubt it is hard to grow with smaller finite cals and crazy draining activity like tennis in the mix (yes - with fast metabolism and that kind of activity, 5k cals is not much at all trust me guys)...

as you know & we have talked about behind the scenes, some phases are in the works to help me get there, muahuahua.... :firedevil:

Did sprints of the field. It's turf so much easier on the joints then the track. Might do stairs tonight but they scare me with my knee problems and rickety joints...can't be getting hurt six days out lol.
