Sure thingat 5-10mg. I'm thinking I will make a separate thread for pct because I'm thinking I will do pct for 4 weeks and take about 4-6 weeks off and than start up some osta for 8 weeks as a bridge into my next cycle, but I was also thinking of just making an ongoing training log, so I'm in a pickle.
On another note took my first pill of m1t oxime today in the morning and checked my weight, 180.6lbs.
Id run it through pct and have a clean break for 8 weeks or so
8 weeks? Guess that will give me some time to figure out what else to run and gather the supplies.

Sad day today, went outside and found I had a flat and I did not have the tool to lower the spare from under the vehicle so had to call it a rest day, though maybe for the best as it gives my body more recovery time to hit the gym the next.

Right not I'm going based off of my protein intake making sure I meet that macro and than just sprinkle on the rest if there is a need more calories, so IIFYM, just want to get the most out of this cycle. I used to run keto and ud2, but now I like to keep it simple with just carb cycling.
Keto+Intermittent fasting is a good mix, plus add caffeine/fatburner during your fasted period is when I started to see the best results. Though, everyone is different. Oh, but if you want to feel like death try out PSMF lol tried it for a week and dropped 15lbs(water mainly).I hear yah. I tried intermittent fasting but I literally didn't see **** for results and I had it down to a T.
I've started getting my protein intake to atleast 200 grams and then I make sure I come under my maintenance and so far so good. I'm very slowly losing that fat.
I don't think I have lost any size from my last cycle.

That is what I have been doing recently, except for I stay at maintenance calories and go for long term recomp, as I want to keep my strength high and keep more lbm. Slow and steady wins the race. Nice man, what gaings you get from your last?

Sounds like a wicked cycle both strength/size wise. I'm gonna run some superdrol, trest, and tren for some of those strength gains, or something along those lines I need to up my strength for my next cycle.My last cycle was Msten kicker to EPI and 1 Andro.
That may be the cause. I know it has Beta-Anhydrous which can lead to gains.
Either way it's likely going to be a PCT staple.
Oh yah, I also bridged into Osta and I honestly think that helped the most.

Felt pretty good today, woke up at 5am ready to slaughter some prs. I did break prs on my squat and deadlift, but I'm kind of disappointed in the fact of not being able to heavier on deads, but my grip isn't up to par. I know I can deadlift more but my **** grip is pissing me off.

Yeah I think I read an article about that and going to do some light work on deads tomorrow using that squeeze and a nice slow pace for more time under tension. Yeah it is a crush grip, I think.Ya I was saying to grip the bar with the wrapped thumb. It allows for you to properly squeeze the bar. Again, this was just an article I read. It didn't have any underlying case studies or anything. I just decided to try it and it seems to have been working.

One thing that helped me out with deadlift (when I was doing it) and I hit 375 at 160lbs at the age of 19. I have no idea what I could do now because it's rough on my back.
Anyways, do the grip (and I forget the correct name) where you grip the bar regular with your left hand but your right hand you do a underhand grip (or vise versa).

Mixed grip? Overhand/Underhand. I do that on my last few sets when my grip begins to die.
Was reading up a bunch yesterday on deadlift, but nothing can really beat seeing it in action and proceeding to do it yourself. YouTube has some great dl videos tooIt has been a while since I have done those, like high school football, never really understood the purpose. I guess I'm looking for the same, I've seen a lot of top dogs in DL are roundish, but I prefer a nice trimmed body with some size, I think 200lbs at 10%bf would be ideal, but no idea. Nice X-taper, big upper body- small waist - big lower body, the old BBers had this feature. I do stomach vacuums now to work on that.
