Shape up that diet and a little cardio, mostly diet though.The weight gain has been good but I'm still concerned with the body fat %... Guess I need a lot more cardio.
New to these forums and just ordered the SARM Ostarine and going to run it at 25mg/day for 8 weeks then going to do a PCT of unleashed/post cycle just in case. Not supposed to be any side effects other than mild suppression but better safe than sorry. I will be getting my updated stats tomorrow and will start my log when my order comes in. Wondering if anyone is interested in this or with ostarine.

What were your overall gains on cycle? Big three lifts? Weight/bf?
Got my ostarine and s-4 in and going to be starting my logging on Monday, July 7th. Also got DIM for an AI just in case and am taking fish oil, multi vitamin, l-arginine , BCAA's and protein powder. Any gains in strength or size will be obviously from the SARMS since I know I won't be getting it from the other sups i am taking. Very excited for this. My starting stats are as follows: 6'4" 187 lbs., 12.5% bodyfat. My goals for this 8 week cycle are to get down into the single digits in bodyfat while maintaining or even getting my weight up to 195 (body recomp ). My diet is always strict and am around 230g protein, 150g carbs, and 40g fat per day. And around 2500-2800 calories. See you all on Monday.
