New to these forums and just ordered the SARM Ostarine and going to run it at 25mg/day for 8 weeks then going to do a PCT of unleashed/post cycle just in case. Not supposed to be any side effects other than mild suppression but better safe than sorry. I will be getting my updated stats tomorrow and will start my log when my order comes in. Wondering if anyone is interested in this or with ostarine.

Thanks edje007. I am currently 6'4" 190 lbs. and 12.5% bodyfat. I will be taking fish oil, BCAA's, cre-8, and protein powder along with the ostarine. I will let u know when I start.

Ostarine and unleashed/post cycle was shipped out yesterday so should be able to start my log sometime this next week. My goal is to put on around 8 lbs. of pure muscle while dropping to single digits in body fat (currently at 12.5%) over the next few months. From other threads I have read it seems possible with this product. Diet has been very clean and currently training with a bodybuilder so am having great workouts. Can't wait to start logging.
 
So I caved in and purchased S-4 to go along with my ostarine cycle. Can't pass up a buy 2 get 1 free. Very excited!

I have to say I was surprised that I was able to get 245 & 250. I struggled to get 240 the last time I tested bench strength and this seemed to go up with ease.

Any gains in strength or size will be obviously from the SARMS since I know I won't be getting it from the other sups i am taking. Very excited for this. My starting stats are as follows: 6'4" 187 lbs., 12.5% bodyfat. My goals for this 8 week cycle are to get down into the single digits in bodyfat while maintaining or even getting my weight up to 195 (body recomp ). My diet is always strict and am around 230g protein, 150g carbs, and 40g fat per day. And around 2500-2800 calories. See you all on Monday.

Week 1 of PCT done...

Firstly, I have noticed an increase in my libido which is good because my wife was ready to kill me.

I didn't work out from thursday-sunday because I was out of town with no equipment, so it was push ups and crunches. I have lost about 2lbs but I think it had to do with the lack of workouts and food intake. I did however hit a PR on bench yesterday @ 255lbs which is up 35lbs from where I started.

Oh yeah and nolva tastes like azz...

at what time did you shut down and how long did it last? Im trying to sneak my epi cycle, wife is against it so i want to plan the best that i can haha. Have you kept most your gains on the pct? did you end up taking daa?
 
No worries about the weight loss it is water. All other signs point to you owning your gains which is akin to solid training. Get that **** and own it. I read your log and think Trest would be beneficial for your next Epi cycle should you choose Epi. I started at 50 the first week and now at 100 and as soon as Trest hit I was born again! Also as someone who lifts solo mostly as well. GVT has many benefits. AM.com (This site) did a write up on it or just Google German Volume Training
