Dave's Newest bulk into cut for show. AAS, SLIN and GH

600 is still a lower dose than I hear about lmao. I've heard the pip is absolutely ferocious with that stuff. Still very interested to try it, sounds like parabolan, a pure miracle drug. Thanks for the feed back.


On the trest front. I'm up to 25mg ed. Pumps are like a rock. No crazy estro yet and I'm only using formestane as AI. So far so good with it. I'll prob go back to cyp only because I fcking hate pinning ed. It's not a pip thing just an annoyance.

Yeah 600 is lower BUT I was told to stay there and run it longer vice higher and shorter. When a 250lb IFBB pro days try this... I'm gunna try it. He says primo REALLY shows results at around 12 weeks and on. That's when it crosses the line from good to holy FUKIN **** I'm growing fast.

12 weeks?! Seems weird for an enanthate to show up that late. Almost seems like an undec ester. I wonder if it has anything to do with metabolizing the primo since it has a significantly higher molecular weight.

I personally prefer the idea of dosing a little lower and staying on stuff like that longer anyways. Like deca or eq. They take forever to kick but you just keep getting bigger and bigger. Especially on the lower sides gear. Tren e can only be run so long before I lose my fcking mind lol

I think it has something to do with the speed the new muscle matures at. Yeah you will grow fine in 12 weeks but it takes months for maturity and once the tissue matures is when the real size shows. Same for like deca and EQ. Metabolization of the heavy esters also play a big role as well.

That's why slin and GH with primo produces such fast results. The primo grows the muscle tissue and GH and slin mature it faster with the high IGF-1 levels and shortened recovery time with all the nutrient shuttling effects of slin.

That thread is ridiculous. The scum that was excited about being kicked out of the army should be shot. Homeboys right though. Pct is a joke. First line in his post was all you really need and the last little bit about personality traits and work ethic.

I simply enjoy his no BS approach. It comes off like a douche most of the time just due to his tone and caps but if it's correct then why not. Right is right and wrong can fcuk off.

Today. Weighing 218. Down slightly as the post show bloat comes off. I expect weight to stay steady as I cruise and hopefully put on 7-8lbs before September.

I'm up about 10 +/- a lb since the show. I'm just cruising right now so 7ish lbs before September is practical and assuming some of that will be fat.

I would like to be 225 Sept 1st at around 10%. I start GH and gear then and will start lean bulking and prolly drop fat. The goal for my offseason is clean muscle while holding bodyfat or moderate loss. A 20 week bulk with what I will be using I think 20-25lbs is reasonable. That's about a lb per week. Figuring out of that weight about 10-13lbs will be muscle the rest will be water and glycogen. After I cut that will put my stage weight around 220 unless I grow into show which I will try.

that guy in that thread, dboston I believe, Pmd me and asked how to get big with the best natty test booster. I told him " his mother". Then he said how hes only been lifting for a few months and benches 405, much lols.

On a serious note ... Got my bloods done. I look fuking great! I'm healthy and I'm in ranges for that monster 16 week cycle I ran for a cut. I could theoretically go back on cycle in 2 weeks. But I'm waiting it out. Let my body REALLY adjust to no gear.

BUT my cholesterol was the only thing that was not that good. I was in range... BARELY. My HDL (good) was at the lowest part and LDL (bad) was at the highest. So did some research. Steroids don't effect HDL /LDL as hard a people think. It's more linked to the AIs we use. I was using Exemestane the whole time plus pulses of Letro. So that's what I'm thinking caused my **** to be out of whack still. Because the levels should be back to close to normal after discontinuation of steroids. I'm almost done coming off my AIs and researched some ways to help my cholesterol levels these next few weeks. I'm going with low dose Niacin... Here is the link to the article and study I found helpful...

Google Dr. Serrano for his theories on Cholesterol and organic fat sources etc etc. This is the Dr John Meadows has been using for 10 years and he is way ahead of the curve.

For this reason, I use Formestane when I can get away with it due to its mild nature.

Also, oral methyls do trash the lipids bad-like, particularly the HDL's. I've exhausted this over the past few weeks but Albuterol during cycle could temporarily lower LDL by as much as 15% and can semi-permanently raise HDL by a few %. Its also a really awesome performance enhancer with added benefit of increased MPS.

Concerning Niacin....make sure it's Niacin. Nicotinic acid. Not 'flush-free' niacin, inositol hexanicontinate. That sh*t is a totally different compound, found to have no noted effects on hdl/ldl even at doses over 2g/day. I spent a month eating a boatload of B3 pills before discovering that that 6- bond is totally useless for cholesterol help.

If I'd spent about 10 more min researching & reading the labels, I'd have realized there are no free lunches & you're gonna have to get the flushing, true niacin if you want the results.

Man does a niacin flush suck though. Had to take one of my finals in college with a flush. Absolute torture

Oh I can imagine, yohimbine makes me flush terrible. But that's the kind you need - flush-free is a marketing gimmick. Had to learn the hard way.
 
Niacin flush is nasty. First time I had it bad I had basically what looked like full body hives. Face ears every joint. It was insane.
 
I hate a niacin flush. Used to do it back in the day to clean the pot from my system for drug tests. FUKIN miserable
 
So been researching some peptide stuff. Trying to see if I can run peptides w/ my slin and growth and hopefully pulse my own natty GH levels.

Looks like I will be pinning Mod GRF and Imaporelin upon waking to pulse my natty GH longer then follow that with 4-5iu of Jintropin GH. That peptide pulse should keep my body riding the "wave" of natty GH pulse as well as increasing potency and length of my synthetic GH injection. This is Dats theory and I am doing more reading but will prolly try it out for the dirt month back on GH to see how in like it.
