T-Up Black and DAA pills

Just wondering what the proper way is to dose this?

All 5 pills (3grams) at once? Or spread out during the day?

Also, empty stomach or with food?

You can take them all at once or split dosage, doesn't matter. It'll take a week or so to saturate in you. If it gives you nasty bowel movements dosed all together, then split the dosage.

It doesn't matter if taken pre or post workout correct?

I will first mention we here at chaos and pain have a nifty little product named cannibal alpha.
Tmg, daa, trib (mainly for libido) amongst other awesome ingredients with superior research and backing in this jewel.
Now that my little product plug is out of the way.....

Daa can be taken all at once. Pre workout and first thing in the morning on rest days is my fav.
