So I'm feeling much better today!!! :boobies: Next Monday starts my 6 week shred fest, coach is gearing my metabolism up for it.. I started pre loading cycle support and joint support.. I will be logging my workouts and stats once the cycle starts.. So here is what it's looking like, going to start the first 2 weeks with Epi/ Furuza then jump on Reaper DNA for 4 weeks. Should yield some crazy hardening and lean gains, may add more Epi if my joints can handle it, I keep hearing how nice Epi is at 100mg..

Brawn (Epi): 60/60/0/0/0/0
Furuza: 300/300/0/0/0/0
Reaper DNA: 0/0/2 per day for 4 weeks (Here is what is in Reaper)

5a-androstanol (Furazadrol) 300mg
Epistane 80mg

All I've ever heard about epi @ 100 is that it's rough. Nobody seems to tolerate it well for too long. 60mg is sweet. Lethargy, but I'll be using it again there. 70 seems to be where things start pushing people some. Curious to see how 80 goes for you - hopefully, awesome!
 
Wow man great stack! Ok, the 100mg of epi treated me well but I used our EstaneX with carbopol with is a time released. I experienced no sides at all for my run.

Kleen mentioned that Xcel's Barbarian FX Mass seemed to be much more tolerable than the compounds combined normally. Which means it's either underdosed or the carbopol is making it a lot more manageable. And as I've only ever heard positive reports about Xcel's stuff, and Kleen got great results, I'm inclined to believe they're not underdosed.

It was the only epi product I used during the run and obviously I dosed high(100mg and up) so I know it's not under dosed. The carbopol makes a huge difference, I think

I've run Epi many times so I'll be able to tell the difference.. I'm excited to see if carbopol makes a difference

Never used dermacrine; seems like a good plan on paper but always wondered if it was strong enough. People seem to love it though.

So here we go back in the gym after vacation and about 10 days off!! Took it easy and will do so for the rest of the week to get my old bones moving again!! LOL It's funny how 10 days off can make you feel like you haven't lifted in years.. I'm starting with an FST7 style program to really focus on getting a good pump to harden my muscles up during the cut that's about to happen.. All reps are on a 3 sec count with only 30 second rest in between each set.

Got a little late start tonight but was able to get in the gym and pump up my arms!! My chest was sore as heel from the other night :) love feeling sore makes me feel like I accomplished something. Day 2 of the FST7 routine and I'm still trying to find the correct weight to use on my sets, by next week I'll be good to go. Toady's routine was different cause instead of doing bis then tri's it called for alternating back and forth.. Thought I wouldn't like it but to my surprise I did..

So, I've been sick as a dog all day today. Had one meal, and half of my second. Threw up three times and almost went to the hospital. On a whim bought some pepto to see if I can still manage to get my spray tan at 5pm and weigh in at 7pm.

I'm still competing lol I finally started feeling decent at 430ish.. Ate a few rice cakes, drank some aminos and I'm good! Saw a couple guys in my class, it should be a good showing. It's a small event, thought it would have been bigger because of where it's being held, oh well as long as it's not a hand out.

Nah wasn't nerves. I was disoriented, nauseous, cold sweats and just plumb sick! It was terrible. I'm doing better, now.

This is what you diet for, go the extra distance for. When everyone at work is eating the donuts, you passed for this. When people were buying toaster strudels at the grocery store, you were buying egg whites & oats.

Looking incredible, & I really hope it's a heck of a show - from you & your competition.
