On all my previous cuts, I have been lowering my calories until I start losing about a pound per week. If I lose more than a pound, I increase them a bit.
I have been cutting since April, and I lost 6 pounds in two months doing this. So, 10 days ago I started my Albuterol 16 mg + Forskolin 100 mg + Caffeine cycle, and I have lost 4 lbs since then. How much weight at most should I be losing when albuterol and Forskolin are in the mix?
I am 26 years old, 5'5, 149 lbs, 10 years in the gym. I currently eat 1975 cals daily, 140-150 g protein, 70 g fats. Online calculators calculate my TDEE to be around 2460-2480 cals, I workout 6 days per week, but the rest of the time I am mostly sedentary due to my job.
