I go through times like this randomly, on and off cycle. I usually feel better after a day or two. From what I've realized t seems to happen at times where I am really upping the calories... I usually back off 500 cals for a few days and up the water intake. There's obv no proof this is the case but that seems to help. What have ur cals been like?Yes I have felt this before on a end of a cycle. But I never did DMZ so I may have thought it was from it. I feel a lot better today. Food is going down easier. And also forcing myself to drink a lot more water. Going to hit the gym today. Hopefully no strength loss.
