I mix my oils. Prop just by it's self will give me minor pip. I use 200mg/ml tho. I mix .5cc with .5cc tren and .5cc mast and pin it. Warm it up in your hand first. When in at the point I'm pinning a ton of oils I take Epsom salt baths right after injections.
 
I had fairly rough pip when I was doing 150mg eod for my first cycle but it def lessened towards the end (just a 4weeker). When I pinned the same prop 25mg ed with 50mg tren a I never had even the slightest bit of pip so I'd say the combo of mixing, smaller amt/pin, and no longer virgin muscle were the factors for me.

That said, I've heard the few things that matter the most in general are 1) virgin muscle (no way around this) 2) amount of injection as well as warming/heat massage- smaller ad warmer will obviously have less to crystallize and cause the pip and and warming massage of the inj site is supposed to help break down the crystals that do form as the oil is absorbed 3) the brew- just gotta find one that works for you so really trial and error. Prop is great if you get the right stuff tho.

Yeah Dave same 200mg/ml got it awhile ago. But ofcourse I wouldn't Do the full ml I was gonna do .5-.7. Just nervouse of the prop but I'll heat up the vial then lift the same muscle I inj then I'll use a lacrosse ball to rub that ****.

I tried out the "lift the muscle you just injected" method during my first prop cycle and it was a no-go for me. I tried it on delts and while the pump was insane and literally painful (maybe the best I've ever had), the gear leaked all through the muscle and into the tendon areas and then my whole shoulder got very sore and red around those tendon areas. If you do it, I would only suggest doing a bigger muscle like glutes or quads as there's pleant of space for the gear to getg around without getting to the tendon/ligament areas and causing soreness.

That's not the gear that makes you red like that it's the inflammation from the EO carrier. I use low EO gear or avoid it if possible if I'm pinning muscles to be trained. Some UGLs use high amounts of EO to speed up filtration so they can produce more. It's usually a sign of poor workmanship of gear in my experience. It's also cheaper to use less Grapeseed oil because the oil prices came up. Because of that there was a slight increase in gear prices and more EO being used in the UGL scene.

Not much but it was close man. Like I said I lost to two very good guys. When we lined up we all looked at eachother and laughed. We knew it was gunna be close and we all thought eachother were beat eachother. It was a good time. It sucked that it was only 3 of us and we were all friends and local guys. The middleweights and light heavies were HUUUGE classes like 10 in each. Lightweight was 1 guy, 3 in heavies and my buddy was the only in supers.
 
hey dave, i know you're interested in the trestolone. i shot my first dose this morning. i'm running it at 12.5mg ed at the moment. i guess its supposed to be close to a cruise of test at 200mg at that dose. i'll keep you updated on how it goes for me.

you looked pretty sexily tanned in those pictures. i'd hit it. all homo. definitely all homo. you know me man, air force hooooah!

Speaking of super gheyyyyy I was in the hospital all last week.

They thought I had, was having, or was going to have a heart attack. Oh yeah they told me I had heart disease as well.

Went to the er with weird chest pains and turns out an enzyme called triponin that only gets released when you have heart damage was occurring in my bloodwork.

I did 3 cat scans an MRI 2 ultra sounds of my heart and an angiogram. Blood thinners nitro glycerin IV and the whole Fukin shiz. I was in the cardiac progressive unit which is one step below cardiac ICU.

Scariest Fukin **** of my life especially when my dad passed away from a massive heart attack at the age of 40!

Long story short my heart is completely healthy and fine and they don't know what the fuk went on. Oh yeah one of the IV's in my arm after 4 days was so thrashed it's been swollen and I can't move it straight. Lol.

Fuk me right? Lol reviving slowly and lost a ton of gainz but that'll come back quick... No sweat.

Life's short so fuk it hard....

Must be that time of year hardwork, I had to have surgery from a fuking ingrown hair which has put me out of the gym for two weeks so far and another month to go.
I'm glad to hear your back on your feet tho man hope you get that shiz sorted.
 
So off season is off to a good start. I need everyone's opinion. I'm cruising for the next 2 months and will be back on cycle in September.

Should I keep this going until then and start a new off season log for my all out massive bulk I got planned? It will be amazing I promise. My list of goodies I am running will make some people jealous :) if I would have a following then I will log it with workouts and pics leading up to my prep for next years show. The goal is 250 before I cut.
