Your sides could be related to high estrogen. The SERM won't get rid of estrogen it binds it. The estro will float in your system and that signals your body to kickstart LH/FSH to produce test. The acne, libido crash (sensitivity) extra water and greasy skin can all be related to high circulation estrogen. At this point ride it out. It will go away. Use Clearasil Ultra and a exfoliating sponge or cloth to scrub your shoulders, back and face 2x a day. That should clear you up in a few days.

On cycle sides for me are just the tren sweats that start around day 5-7 and don't go away till 14-21days after I stop. I also get REALLY bad trensomnia starting week 4. It wasn't bad when I hit 4iu if growth tho. I could sleep on command at that point.

Thanks for the input D-dubs! My thing is though that my libido hasn't crashed, it's increasing! The acne isn't so bad that I need to do anything special, it's just that it's there when it wasn't before. I don't doubt that I was on tren, I just wonder if it was under dosed because even though I had a slight touch of sides, it really didn't seem like anything out of the ordinary. I don't know, maybe I'm just lucky and don't get sides lol. But either way, bloods will tell all in the future!
 
I had a similar experience with the sweats, came on very late in the cycle and were the worst during pct. And same as you with the on cycle libido and performance. I was a ****king machine. Pct was a mess in that boat though. As for the cough I only have ever gotten one "almost"... Felt really choked up, flushed, almost dizzy. Best way I ever heard it described was taking too big of a bong hit and trying to hold that cough back. It was almost exactly that feel

Ha I think you might be right... back from your last log IIRC. When it hit me I knew exactly why you said that. It was dead on.
 
So I imagine the cough itself is like taking a bong hit that you TRY to hold in but erupts from your chest with a vicious fury. Oh those were the good ol' days. Lol
 
So I took a page from Simon's book and decided to workout on my rest day. Had a fun session of sprints this morning at the HS track. It was a beautiful morning for it to be sure!

Jogged a couple blocks up to the track. Did some stretching. Ran one warm up sprint at about 80% effort followed by 4 all out 100m sprints with 10-20s rests. My heart was about to burst out of my chest and I felt like my lungs were full of fire, so we took a walk around the track. 2 more sprints and a walk around the track followed by 2 sprints and a walk, then finished with 2 sprints and walked home.

It was s good day! Nothing like running as fast as you can the point where you feel like you'll fall on your face if you don't keep your legs moving. I'm going to work back up to sprinting 400m like I did in HS...eventually. :-)

I enjoy doing HIIT at the track as well. I usually sprint the straights, and slow jog the curves. Gotta get back to my running actually...

Yeah I've never had my abs pop like this before. And I'm really liking the carb cycling combo with EC stack and forskolin. On top of torem and erase, the results are great! I'm gonna be looking sexay in Florida next week!

It's a great program! I especially think it's effective utilizing the EC stack to maintain LBM during caloric restriction. And supplementing BCAAs in between meals

I haven't gotten to the actual layout yet but it sounds like I'm running a similar but slightly more extreme version to finish off my cut.

ECY stack + keto w/ refeeds every 14 days , bcaas and creatine between meals and pretty low cals overall.

I'm dosing 20mg yohimbine between my 2 ephedrine doses. Sounds like you're using his Rapid Fat Loss program.

I did read that first but it's too short term for my situation. Might try it the last week or so tho. I'm following john Berardi's get shredded diet. It's similar but higher calories and fat then the rfld

Tnation actually just reposted this like last week or so. I was already started but it's not nearly as awful as I thought it'd be. Results after 10 days are considerably noticeable. Fastest I've ever reacted to a diet.

That's how I felt with the RFLD. And since I did it on tren I lost NO muscle but did lose an inch on my waist. I have to say by day 10 though I was ready to eat everything in sight lol

I'm probably gonna give RFLD a shot as my "peak week" right before leaving for the beach. The combo over being on smaller, keto meals for awhile should make the hunger bearable with the insanely low cals RFLD calls for and the severe calorie restriction should help balance out some of the garbage eating tha will occur over the trip. Or so I hope haha.

I've been carb depleting all week for that same reason. I won't even be THINKING about macros while on vacation so I'm hoping I'll at least be able to enhance my partitioning capabilities. I will continue the ECY stack as well though.

Yep sounds like my plan... gonna take some gdas/partitioners with me to help that as well.
