It's a great addition, I'll be using it for my next run to shoot me over the 100mg mark.

Yep, I left a great final review! It's one of the best pre's I've ever used! I had another log that I'm going to leave my final review in a couple days. It was the Forerunner labs stack. I found this at Kroger on the managers special rack for $9.99

I've always found that stuff good for constipation. Hopefully they've reduced the magnesium amounts.
 
So I'm working for our family business this weekend so I took off lifting. Well for 4 hours straight I shoveled tile into a wheel barrel, walked it 250 steps into a dumpster and then back 250 steps to do it all over again!

It's pretty good. Not mind-blowing, but other than having to dump right after you take it (dose b4 you leave 4 the gym!) it's a really comfy ride. It'll be a 2-3 scoop thing for sure. Tastes good too.

Never had the 250. But I really enjoyed Max, FWIW. Blue razz was what I had, but heard all the flavors are g2g really. You kind of expect that with Gaspari though - they're so big, even the crappy flavors are totally fine. Like Myofusion. They're all fine flavors, but cinnamon bun is like "Dayum!" Myofusion, & most blends, gives me the toots though.

I did one level scoop of XcelleratorX and one level scoop of SuperPump Max. It was awesome, one of the best pre combos I've ever had!!
 
I addicted to Cap'N Crunch! Why did I buy a box of this, of course it has to come in some gigantic economy style box and not a little one:/
