Hello everyone, I'm here to ask for some ideas on the homemade supplement I am going to being making out of bulk ingredients. It want it to be something I can use everyday, just pre or post workout and I plan on having the ingredients be related to either recovery, strength increase, size increase, and endurance and could care less about products used solely for pumps.

My current idea is:
10g Creatine monohydrate
6g Beta-alanine
3g ALCAR

I am open to an suggestions to improve upon or modify this stack. Thanks in advance!

Id swap the ALCAR for PLCAR, drop the mono dose to 3-5g, add in Xgels or amentomax for strength, add in COP for endurance, drop beta alanine dose to around 3g.

All these are great suggestions. Also consider some GMS if you use x gels.

Why swap the ALCAR with PLCAR? I would like to give x-gels a try but they're a little pricey, and could you elaborate on what COP is?

PLCAR may have more performance benefits (which appear to be what you are after). COP is a phosphate donor and should help with endurance benefits.

This would be my recommendations too. :)

ALCAR is used primarily for increasing acetyl choline levels in the brain (hence the acetyl group attached to the carnitine).

Acetylcholine is used for memory formation rather than specifically for performance.

Creatine
COP (its not creatine, dispite similarities in the name)
PLCAR
Beta Alanine

Would be an awesome stack. Or sub in amentomax for PlCAR.

I figured that may be the case but I think I might oppt for the ALCAR for the extra cognitive benefits. I might have to look into COP. Is there anything else that I could potential add like betaine, cissus powder, DAA and various other things else like that?

I feel I should smack myself for not suggesting Betaine Anahydrous. That and/or Amentomax would be good for what you were looking for.

I've heard bits and pieces about betaine but I haven't heard any reports from people on whether it actually did anything for them or not. It certainly seems

interesting, I'm just curious on whether it would be worth it though.

Also, I've been hearing alot of things about agmatine and some people seem to swear by it but does it have any actually performance value other than increased

blood flow due to NO2?

Agmatine has a wide variety of benefits.

Preworkout for pumps and endurance

With carbs as a GDA and fir increased nutrient uptake

As an antioxidant for general health

Strongly recommend including it in a pre at 1g
