Not going to completely rule out BP for the headaches. I'm actually feeling pressure now. However, I don't really notice a headache. Our BP cuff will not fit my arm, so I'll look into getting a larger one this weekend.

That's not that strong, tbh. On that cable I used to Max (150), and the other one I hit 210x?. Between the short rests and focusing on slow movements and squeezing, they hurt pretty good.

Uh oh! Not good! I've got 5 more days for mine to get called out on something! I swear, with my 6 year old, I've had more emails, calls, etc just since he started kindergarten last year than in all 8 years my daughters been in school! He's CRAZY! Lol ;)

Yes, my daughter is 13 and we are just getting into the boy thing. It's so scary to watch how venerable and gullible they are!! I'm sure it only gets worse! Not to mention mommys and daughters argue A LOT!!!! Lol

When my parents divorced when I was 8, I had 5 years before my mother married my stepdad where I was the only guy in a house living w/ my mom & 2 sisters. Every 28 days or so it was like a damn atom bomb was set off in the house. I just did my own thing. You can't argue with crazy.

Yeah, my gym isn't that close and the ride wouldn't be very bicycle friendly either.

This thing gets somewhere between 50-100 mpg as opposed to the 12-15 I get in my truck.

I had a scooter once. It was super fun!

I don't think they're that pricey. This one was a freebie...

I like that scooter! I'd be rockin it all the time for the gas savings. So close to 300 lb squats! Nice work there my friend. It looks like your BP is a little high. Might be due to supplements you are taking?

I'm well over 300 typically, but sometimes the stuff meadows has me do before squatting makes me weaker. The 7 sets of leg curls and 4+2 sets of leg presses just had me wiped.

I love having the bands on the leg press, and can feel that extra tension.

I don't know what's causing it unless it's stress.

Multi (when I remember)
Stimul8

That's all. None of tees have caused issue before.
 
I plan on taking niacin and magnesium again this week. Maybe tht helped some.
