Taste
The flavor is Blue Colada and let me tell you this reminds me a lot of endurate which I have as well. Its not as “Cotton” Candy as the endurate is, but a little more tart. I have to say the tart kind of threw me off a bit as endurate was a very smooth and refreshing flavor. But this was a neat flavor and nice how genomyx correlates their flavors with their products
Mixability
1 serving with 6-8oz of water before a workout, so I did the 8oz on the higher side. I hate very strong tasting products so I always dilute mine a bit more and there was no problems with mixing. Nearly mixed just hitting the water.
Formula
not a fan of prop blends because you really never know what is dosed correctly or under dosed but there is a 18g mix which is a large prop blends and in order it goes
Beta Alanine -> I would guess around 3g which is an adequate dose
Caffeine -> Guessing 200-250?? Hard to tell the energy was good, a little strong so going with this range as I know my body pretty well and what I tolerate, so I would have to guess but not 100% certain
Dendronbium Extract, Hordenine and Phenylethylamine HCL are all forms of Nootropics which really aid towards focus and long term energy. Which was very present in this sample.
Alpha GPC is used to enhance memory and funtction so it helps suppor thte overall nootropics.
Energy Level, Focus and Pumps
I would give this an 8 for energy level. It did not blow my mind which is a good thing because I did not want to be stimmed out but again my sweet spot of 200mg and I figured this was a pretty close estimate based off how I felt.
Focus -> HUGE standout, the combination of the nootropics really drives this formula and gives you a good lasting surge of energy that lasted for a good 3 hours or so, and into the post-workout period. I was very pleased with this and how I felt for my workout.
Pumps -> I did a Chest/Back Session and I had some decent pumps, this is not a formula really based off pumps more along the lines of energy and focus, so you don't get things like Norvaline, Agmatine, GPLC , Glycerol etc that would really aid your pump, so this is where a non-stim pump product would stack well with this product.
