Got a few questions;
I have some problem sometimes with a shoulder and knee. I use iforce joint help, cissus and glucosamine+chondrotin for this. Can I still use ARA, just making sure to take them 4+ hours before/after ARA?

That seems to be the suggestion... Using joint products, fish oil (etc) 4+ hours away from ArA dosing. That's what I did and my ArA run was great!

This is going to be my stack; X Factor- LCLT- GMS. A good start?

Wanted to buy x gels but the online store did not carry it. Good deal on X factor as well.

Sweet. Does the positive effects of ARA kick in with the first dose or does it take some time before you see effects?

You may/should feel some pumps instantly. The full effects for me hit around week 3 (muscle fullness, vascularity, strength).

Awesome. I am thinking on adding ABE for the stack, to get the most out of ArA. But I been using AS F95 for 12weeks soon, maybe need to cycle the forskolin before hitting ABE?
Never tried ArA or ABE.
 
5 sessions in at 4 pill pre. All I get is the urge to toss them up after 20min and light headed in between sets.
Will keep going. Week 1 down

U could get away with 4 more weeks of forskolin in my opinion but if you've never used either product before I would try one alone then add in the other.. Take off a week or two.. Then start up the ABE for 1 month, then add the ara for month 2 with your 2nd bottle of ABE=win

I dose 5 times a week when I run ArA. May take a little longer for someone dosing 3 times a week.
 
Would dosing a day or two on off days be appropriate for someone in this scenario? Fasted in the am.

Yeah, if someone was dosing 3 times a week on workout days, I would add another day of dosing fasted in the morning to get at least 4 days of dosing in. Many do this actually I believe.

Oh wow I was under the impression that you took ARA even on days that you did not workout.. My split is a 4day/week, so I should be ok with dosing it 4, maybe 5 days then? I guess the 50 days thing is what threw me off :)

Just dose on workout days. Four times a week will be good.

SO: with this in mind, you want to run it for 50 WORKOUTS only (unless you only workout a few times a week then you would dose it for 50 total days) correct? :D sorry if im beating a dead horse here, was just slightly confused based on a few of the previous posts!

No, 50 workout days.

Yeah. Or I can run ArA and ABE at the same time and get the best out of the stack. :D

Which ABE is it you recommend? the new formula or the one with 17-dione in it?

New. There's a thread in PES section under company promotions that Cooper explains why they go so good together.

My domestic retailer only have the ABE with 17-dione. Oh well, I might run the ArA with ursolic acid, I have had nice effects with UA.

The new version does seem to have some combined effects with ArA due to the Lohdra Bark, but the old version was used by many and was solid. The Forskolin in it should work well with ArA and I know I've combined Forskolin and ArA on numerous occasions. :D

Old AnaBeta Elite still will go very well with ArA.
 
There has got to be a benefit to cycling Ara during ketosis.
Although.. During ketosis ur body is already flooded with , probably more then enough Ara.

The Ara + increased test levels + increased bcaa in ur system explains why strength skyrockets after a few months of atkin style keto...

Supplementing more Ara might help.. But I'm sure that Ara during ketosis would improve muscle uptake.

Our plans Look very similar except this is my first time running it so ill only be @1g/day 0-30min pre workout. Also I'll be using ALCAR in pill form with the x-gels. Would it be adventageous if I picked up another bottle to run 1.5g for my 2nd 25 days? (Only picked up 2 bottles because of low funding)
 
just gotta try it and experiment imo. i did 1g for 2 weeks, then 1.5g for the third and i'm loving it there. see no need to go to 2g in my case, but again you'll respond differently. if 1g gives you results, then just save what's leftover for another run, ya diiiiig

I'll have 200caps at 250mg so dosing it at 1g/workout would give me the 50 workout days ;) but yeah i diiiiig brahhhhh. I guess we will see how it feels, i dunno what im supposed to feel... besides DOMS. :D
 
Wow, around workout day 25 right now for me (6 Days a week), and the DOMS have officially kicked in. I was skeptical on this DOMS matter, but my lord. Figured I'd give my mini review and my dosing scheme in case others were wondering what an effective way to go about it.

First off, I'm cutting an in a caloric deficit, been stuck on 405 deadlift at 156-158 lbs for MONTHS. This last Friday, I hit 415x1 at 152 lbs... also was inches from 425 but dropped it as my form began to slip. For weighted dips I went from 95 lbs chained of 2 reps (156 lbs), to 105x3 (152).

Strength increases are really starting to be noticed around end of 3rd / beginning of 4th workout week. The DOMS are now pretty brutal. Legs will be sore for about 3-4 days afterwards instead of the usually 1-2. Chest gets pretty beat up too.

Here's my doing scheme:

Wake up, shower, get dressed, pop 1.5g of X-Gels 30 mins prior to workout
about 20-25 minutes prior ~ Pre workout of choice (Quake or Alphamine, or both ;)) mixed with 2g LCLT and sometimes 1g Agmatine and 3g Beta-Alanine, just tossed in 3g of Betaine as well, but only my 4th day.

5-10 mins prior ~ 1 scoop Xtend BCAA's w/ 5g Creatine Mono

Intra ~ 2 scoops Amino IV w/ 1g LCLT, 3g Beta-Alanine

Loving it thus far, strongly recommend X-Gels or ArA to anyone

That stack will treat you very nicely!

See how 1g treats you first, imo. Get the most out of the least. 1g yields fantastic results and it may be all you need.

If you want to step it up, you could run 1g for one bottle then 1.5 for the remaining bottle but no need to pick up an extra unless you really want to.
 
50 workouts at 1g each, over an 83 day period... Does that seem reasonable/safe?

Mine is going to be similar probably more/less ~60 days. Going to log it though because my split is usually 4 days mon-thurs so people who are on the bubble can get some more info :D

Nice. Yea I'm planning a 5 week over reaching routine during my bulk in a few months with just stupid volume and I'm gonna supplement the hell out of it to make sure I can handle it. But then after that 5 weeks I'm going to back off and go with a more standard routine like phat over a 4 day split.. So over the course of two bottles and 10-11 weeks

I want to just check one thing. No Omega-3 at all during the run? or can you take it with your joint supplement 4+ hours away from the ArA dose?

Correct. Dose 4+ hours away if you do use joint support supps.

For the most optimal run possible, I wouldn't use omega 3s during your run.
