summer shredden with Ironflex

Great workout. When you do Arnold presses, do you do them standing up so you can use leg drive? I know it sounds a little silly, but I like standing up when I do it.
If some one is staring Ill stand and grab some bigger weight and show boat a little, but most of the time I like to do them seated for the same reason Caz mentioned.
 
I'll do them seated. I have transitioned Arnolds out of my regimen though. I find doing separate front raises and heavier db presses is preferable.
For me they are more of a warm up movement.

I should have just taken a rest day but my stubborn brain wakes me up at 730 every morning so i figured I would go be productive.
I hit up a full body work out today.


Front squats 135 10X5
Close grip bench press 185X10X5
Bent over barbell rows 135X10X5
Tricep press 170 SS overhead press 170 SS reverse grip pull downs 100 10 reps each motion 3 sets
Seated Calve press 450X10X5

I had a crazy busy weekend at work this weekend. Made hella money but I am beat!

Legs today I wanted to kill my quads
Quad extentions 130X20X3 160X10X3 190X10X7
Leg press 630X10X10 SS with Calve press 630X10X10
Split Squats 50lb DBs 10X5
Seated Calve raises 100lbs ES10X5
Straight Leg Dead lifts 225X10X5

Just bumped Brawn to 45MG ED. I am also thinking about adding in 30mg of ment ED to put a bit more led in the pencil if you know what I mean...
What do you all think?

its nothing major but the ol #2 pencil has been a little un responsive at times after a marathon session I had last week. It may be the crushed estrogen from the EPI, but I added in some inhibit P to possibly boost the libido a bit and it seems to have worked to bring me back up to normal.

I'd throw the ment in there :) but I love me some stacking
Have you used it before?
I was reading up on it compared to trest and Jbry beta tested ment and found it effective at 30mg ed where as people are needing 50-75mg of trest for it to work. Im thinking with it stacked it should be good, especially with the Stano in there already.

LOL ya I would love kids some day but I just became good at taking care of my self. The idea of doing that plus being in control of another little life forms well being is rather nerve wrecking. Having a kid though means you can do little kid things again without looking like a crazy person ie rolling in sand and building a sand castle. You do that by your self as an adult you may get some strange looks.

I do small amounts of cardio here and there but nothing crazy. My weight sessions always raise my heart rate and get me sweating.
 
So far great. The AgeForce patches i'm using are def working. I'm only down a few lbs but a bit leaner. Strength is still good and i'm getting my test drive back. Feelin good!

Well I have that 150 count bag of ment ill give 30 mg a shot and see how it reacts synergistically with the Stano and Epi.

Ment is weaker than trestolone, I really don't see 30mg making a noticeable difference. But hey, I hope it does!
