Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

Legs looking good in here.

My hardcore gym, the one I do all my deadlifting and chalk-related exercises at anymore, doesn't have AC. They just have a big central fan unit that pulls air thru the building & some fans in every room. 90 in STL is HUMID, it's rougher than 105 in Arizona easy. I'd like to brag about how tough I am because I train there some, except I know for a fact it limits my workout some endurance-wise. I leave my glasses in my locker because the sweat drips off my face so bad it ruins them within about 15 min of starting.

there was a bit more to it than what the chic led me to believe, but the determining factor was that one of the 7 locations I can go to, is like 2 blocks away from where I live downtown here
so, making the move to this gym for much more frequent use than what I had planned - ima start training regularly there if I like it here this morning..

and the verdict is: not too shabby :D
gotta admit, was nice change of pace to hit some different stuff..and, to be able to toss them rubber DBs down when I'm done and just let em bounce, rather than being all nice & gentle in the setting down of the DBs on my floor so I don't bother the ppl down below me too much....not crowded, good music...yeah, pretty cool actually
I think I can get used to this

Good deal glad it worked out! I used to lift there until we had our kid and then I needed a day care. The owners (I'm assuming its patrick and Amy since they own all the other Any times in here) are awesome people I've known them since I was about 6 years old.

not sure if it's Patrick & amy, but I met them couple yrs back when I visited the DuPont road location, looking for a place for my wife to work out (and we were gonna get memberships for both of us, since she refused to work out in my garage)...yep, they both seemed pretty cool tho

I'm 5 foot fk all, lol.....
I was 185lbs fat in 2011, , sept, 17th(Saturday)/2011 was the first day of my diet , in 2013 I stepped on stage at 117lbs n kicked some a$$....

So kick some a$$ Monty!

I lifted at anytime for a year I think. I do miss the anytime access but ours was so small the cardio equip put numbered the weights.

Also the crowd that started coming in early am was way too much to deal with lol

quick end-of-week update:
wow, things happening fast now..had a hi-cal/carb day yesterday, ~4k cals and ~400g carbs....awoke full, lean, hard as Chinese math..
hit some abs & arms, damn guns looked like chiseled pythons with ropes bulging all over the place....good times!
gonna hide back in the shadows for a bit, stun ya'll next time I post up an update pic
I am in full rampage mode heah!

busted out a lil bright & early leg session already this morning -- after a late afternoon couple sets of tennis yesterday..
legs are warped now, prolly gonna pay for this as the day rolls on :yikes:
and all this, following some trensomnia (been up since 3am lol)
was good session tho, all kinds of different things I can do now!
machine hack squat, leg press, smith machine RDLs, and machine leg extensions and leg curls, ended with supersets of standing calf raises & seated calf presses ... fun stuff! I really anticipate being able to develop my wheels a bit further, with these different variations of things I can now do

enjoy the holiday w/e!

quick note on training this morning:
my goodness, shoulder separation was simply off the chain today, had a really nice session, blasted them boulders!
got some ab work in as well, and that was that
I am really looking pretty swell, gonna have to take my cam down there to the gym with me and snap an update pic, lighting rocks...hell I think they have some magical mirrors down there too, cuz I'm really looking good when I flex between sets as I do...it's like the fine print on automobile mirrors, "objects in mirror are closer than they appear", only this one could say "physiques in mirror are more beastly than in real life, we fear"

tennis match on tap here in a bit...

dietary control is rather fun right now, I am in slow reverse-diet mode, adding cals & carbs in as tren becomes more saturated...
roughly, I have 3 different days I rotate around, hi/mid/low cal days, with concurrent rotations of carbs in the 400/325/250 range
fats are down to ~65g/day, maybe a bit more on my hi-cal hi-carb days

really good times right now...in the zone nicely
 
I always wear boxer briefs, but been thinking about making the switch back to briefs like when I was a wee lad. The boxer briefs either have to be bought in such a huge size to fit my thighs they're falling off my ass, or they fit my waist but the legs just ride up & sit atop my thighs like briefs anyway. Might as well cut out the middle man, naw mean?

Not that these are terrible problems to have....
 
So an update on stuff.

Finally back to normal around the house. Interview went well but no word until sometime this week on if I will get the job. Hopefully I'll hear something back very soon.

Work schedule went back to all three shifts wich sucks but, it will allow me to train during the mid day when I seem to preform the best. I get a week of vacation starting on the 8th so that should be a good week for results.

Epi and Tren were introduced and this accounts for some of the weight gain since last week's weigh in. It's only been since Thursday but four lbs of intra muscular water seems about right as I'm not gaining any fat for sure. Also the MK should be working well and that's surely put a few oz's on me. Right now I'm still doing eca but I added in yohimbine hcl at 10mg twice a day. Will continue to bump up the dose of yhcl before cardio so I'm only taking one 20mg dose a day before cardio and two 10mg doses on non cardio days. At the six week mark I'll drop the ephedrine and clen will then come into play.

Aaaand that's about it.

Epi is at sixty mg atm after a few days at fifty. Will continue to increase to around 100 possibly much higher. Tren is at 180mg ed and will stay there toll about six weeks out when it will get bumped to 210 possibly 250 towards the end.

Nobody do this. It's not smart.
 
Btw I'm almost done with the second season of Game of Thrones after binge watching all weekend. This shyte is awesome!

The Tren I'm seeing fine, especially for your size - but have you ever ran Epi at 100? 60mg treated me very well besides lethargy, but 100+ after a couple months on board alongside 1.5-2g of Tvar/wk could be heavy chevy. I know you'll feel it out & adjust accordingly, but this is gonna be no picnic, that's for sure.

I'll feel it out for sure. Not gonna kill myself for this show but I'll come as close as possible to unbearable as long as the upside is there.

I ran epi at 100 and noticed nothing but sides at that dose. 60 is my sweet spot. I do know others who love it at 100mg. Interested to see your thoughts monte
 
Training today was shoulders

Db shoulder press ss band over and backs
Worked up to three sets of 12-10 reps, over and backs were ten each set

Side laterals ss shrugs
30's x 15 shrugs at 100's x 20 four ss'

Spider crawls ss db front raises
Ten walks up and down and sets of ten with 30's on raises. Four ss

Over head flys
Fst7

Smith calf raise
10x10 with ten body weight reps between sets no stopping
 
You've gotten so thick while maintaining conditioning it's crazy

maybe I sacrificed a bit of overall growth by keeping cals finite, but that's fine with me...conditioning very important to me
